En este camino Zevism nos damos cuenta de la importancia del conocimiento de nuestra esencia y nuestra naturaleza. Saber quién somos realmente, conocernos poco a poco, día a día, minuto a minuto.

Cuando logramos tener un conocimiento de nosotros mismos es cuando tenemos la capacidad de realizar nuestros sueños. Es importante recalcar que cualquier sueño por imposible que parezca se puede realizar mediante el conocimiento de nuestra esencia y de lo que somos.

Debemos entender sí o sí que SOMOS la potencialidad eterna, usted es una potencia incalculable de todo lo que ha sido, es y será. Aunque vivimos en un plano físico debe entender que no existe ninguna separación entre el campo de energía del universo y usted. Somos una unidad, recordemos que Padre Satanás nos dice “como es arriba es abajo”, una dualidad que funciona si o si unida.

La potencialidad pura se basa en el conocimiento de usted mismo. Este conocimiento debe ser individual y debo decirte que no existen dos iguales a ti. Somos seres únicos y aunque en algunas cosas pueda parecerse a los demás, sus reacciones frente a sus ámbitos de vida pueden ser totalmente distintos.

Te diré que es aquello que NO va con la potencialidad pura y que sería digno de corregir si los tienes.

Nuestro YO verdadero es:

La potencialidad pura = al verdadero poder del YO, tiene ciertas características:

Las situaciones y circunstancia se magnetizan con apoyo de nuestros deseos.

Cuando logramos acceder a nuestro YO verdadero, se nos abren ante nosotros 4 poderes naturales que son:

1. El poder de hacer cada día nuestro trabajo y dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos.

Los juicios de valor son aquellas etiquetas de correcto e incorrecto, de bien o mal, estar clasificado o etiquetado de alguna manera. Cuando dedicas algunos minutos de tu tiempo a callar los juicios de valor, podemos lograr acceder a un dialogo interno más ameno y en paz.

Los juicios de valor generan turbulencia en tu dialogo interno y en tu sistema nervioso, por lo tanto, se restringe un poco el flujo de energía. Si practicamos lo anterior, podremos llegar a una calma y paz, además el silencio y la quietud se alargan en el día y esto nos da enfoque y nos podemos centrar en nuestros objetivos.

Lo anterior se puede complementar con el yoga, que ayuda unir el alma y genera orden y equilibrio en nuestro ser.

My philosohpy for working out is to do the hardest things first. It's easy to start with the ego pumping workouts like pushups and bicep curls, much more difficult and humbling to start with the most "hated" workouts.

I do not allow myself to work my upper body if I haven't worked my lower body before that, my sequence is 10-20 minute core workouts, then hips and glutes workout, then leg workout. If I don't do that, I won't train my upper body.

Remember, you are as strong as your weak links, it doesn't matter that you have super biceps if you costantly have back aches because you bent over to lift a fork.

Workout for health and longevity, only after that add in the more cosmetic stuff if you want it.

Parte 2​

La ruta será enumerada debidamente aquí, recuerda que mínimo deben ser 40 dias y que es muy posible que en la medida que te enfoques en cada punto, se abran otros de manera simultanea y esto va marcando tu camino debidamente.

1. Sexto chacra: Me enfoque en sentirlo debidamente y con intensidad, con el tiempo la sensación fue incrementando hasta tal punto que abrió mi glándula pineal, lo que conlleva al segundo paso.
   
   
2. Meditación de la glándula pineal: Después de meditar en mi glándula un tiempo, la intuición se desarrollo más y pude detectarla más fácilmente además empezó a estimularse mi tercer ojo, lo que conlleva al tercer paso.
   
   
3. Apertura de mis centros de clarividencia. Recuerda que pasa paso lleva al siguiente.
   
   
4. Coronilla: Me enfoque en sentirlo debidamente y con intensidad, con el tiempo la sensación fue incrementando hasta tal punto que abrió mis centros de clariaudiencia.
   
   
5. Cómo abrir tus centros psíquicos para la clariaudiencia: Aquí quiero explicar algo importante, los puntos no se abren al mismo tiempo, de hecho se abrirán en la medida que estimules los anteriores, por ejemplo, cuando estimule mi coronilla fue que se abrió los tres centro de clariaudiencia de mi cabeza superior, pero cuando empecé a estimular aún más mi sexto chacra y tercer ojo, se me abrieron los del oído. Como he dicho no hay una sola ruta y puede que se abran en otro orden, aquí debes estar atento a las señales y seguir la ruta que te marque la meditación. Además de esto, no dejes de meditar en los anteriores, ya reparte el día para hacerlo en dos sesiones y así no te recargas tanto.

Hay una afirmación que empecé a utilizar cuando empecé a meditar en mi coronilla y fue esta “Mis sentidos astrales están potenciados y estimulados de forma segura”. Esto ayudo también a que los demás puntos u chacras se abrieran.

Quiero añadir también que en la medida que practiques esto, tus chacras se activarán hasta cuando estés estudiando u leyendo, incluso en movimiento, dependiendo de que chacra se active en diferentes actividades, dedica unos minutos a meditar sobre esta activación, no dejes pasarlo.

Cuando empieces con lo anterior, es muy posible que la migraña empiece aparecer, es algo normal, sin embargo, quiero decir que si se torna muy aguda e insoportable, le bajes a la meditación y sigas con el punto anterior.

Hay muchos efectos que puedes experimentar y muchos caminos que puedes optar, como dije esta es mi ruta y espero que sea de ayuda por si no sabes como empezar.

Lo anterior servirá principalmente para acceder a:

1. Tu intuición
2. Mejora la Comunicación telepática con los Dioses
3. Creatividad
4. Clarividencia (En menor medida, ya que se ira manifestando cuanto más dediques a ello)

Ruta: Sentidos Astrales
Parte 1​

Durante mi camino de apertura de sentidos Astrales con nuestra queridísima Diosa Astarté y Padre Satanás, pude establecer una ruta de apertura que quizá les sirva a muchos de ustedes y sea un punto de referencia en su camino.

Primer paso: apertura de los chacras.
Es importante recordar que debes enfocarte en abrir los 7 chacras principales y nada más.


Segundo paso: Apertura los chacras.

1. Pies
2. Manos

No te preocupes si aún no sabes entrar en trance, aunque es una buena oportunidad para empezar a implementarlo, si NO te sientes preparado para ello, deja el trance de lado y enfócate en los otros pasos.

En mi experiencia NO es necesario entrar en trance, aunque sería lo óptimo, NO HAY UN SOLO CAMINO PARA ELLO.


Tercer paso: Fortalecimiento de chacras
Aquí dejaré la ruta basada en mi experiencia.

1. Sentir los chacras: En esta meditación dedicaba ciertos tiempos para localizarlos y sentirlos, no me preocupaba mucho por visualizarlos. Aquí puedes añadir pranayamas en cada uno para sentirlos debidamente o hacer la respiración yóguica en toda la meditación. También puedes utilizar la meditación completa de chacras para esto.
   
   
2. Giro de chacras: Aquí ya hay visualización sin embargo para aquellos que tengan dificultades en esto, pueden incrementar la sensación, es decir, sentir como gira cada uno combinándolo con la anterior meditación.
   
   
3. Meditación de Mantras: Esto lo hice con el fin de desbloquearlos por completo, no me enfoque en uno solo, sino que hice los 7 de manera simultánea.

Cada meditación tomo determinado tiempo, Lo mínimo son 40 días, siempre cumple el ciclo de 40 días y empieza a analizar.

Es muy posible que una meditación se una con otra, es decir, digamos que vas en el día 20 y resulta que sientes la necesidad de empezar a girar los chacras, entonces empiezas a unirlas. Es importante dejarse llevar por las meditaciones, estás te van a guiar a los que tienes que hacer.

Lo otro que quiero que recuerdes es que en la medida que fortalezcas los chacras, se abrirán las extensiones. Para explicar lo anterior, te contaré una de mis experiencias, en la medida que me enfocaba en el fortalecimiento de los 7 chacras principales de manera simultánea, de repente caminando se me abrieron los chacras de los hombros y desde ahí supe que debía agregar algo nuevo a mi fortalecimiento de chacras y eran estos dos de los hombros. Espero lo hayas entendido.

Después de hacer lo anterior debidamente, me enfoque en mi cabeza, que abarca tantos temas de clariaudiencia, clarividencia e intuición.

Linden (Tilia platyphyllos) in bloom

At this time of year the flowering of linden trees, trees that produce flowers with beneficial properties, begins. In the countryside it has already begun a few days ago, while in the mountains the linden trees will begin to bloom in 1 to 2 weeks due to the different climatic conditions affecting the two environments.

The leaves and flowers of linden are characterized by the presence of flavonoids, essential oils, coumarins and tannins (and other beneficial substances present in trace amounts). To talk to one self that you are bad in a certain area is the same as laying a curse, the area in question will become a weakened part of one self. Misurare la volta celeste: gradi e dimensioni apparenti

A una persona che osserva il cielo notturno, tutti gli oggetti astronomici appaiono alla stessa distanza sulla volta celeste. Per potersi orientare nel cielo ci si avvale delle dimensioni o misure apparenti. Si parla di misure apparenti quando si cerca di definire la separazione tra due astri come se si trovassero alla stessa distanza.

La misura delle distanze apparenti si effettua in gradi: la distanza tra due oggetti celesti è definita come separazione angolare.

La sfera celeste è appunto una sfera che ha dimensioni apparenti di 360°. Però chi osserva il cielo stellato potrà scrutare solo una metà di questa sfera perché l'orizzonte impedisce di vedere l'altra metà. Quindi solo 180°, ovvero la distanza tra due punti opposti dell'orizzonte. Tra l'orizzonte e lo zenit, il punto verticale immaginario che si trova sopra la testa dell'osservatore, insiste una distanza angolare di 90°.

Sulla base di quanto sopra, si può determinare la distanza angolare (o separazione apparente) delle stelle, dei pianeti e delle costellazioni.

La misura degli angoli è molto più semplice di quello che può sembrare e non richiede nessuna strumentazione tecnologica. È sufficiente avere dei punti di riferimento in cielo di cui conosciamo le dimensioni apparenti:

- la Luna piena e il Sole hanno una dimensione di circa mezzo grado;
- tenendo il braccio teso davanti a sé e verso il cielo notturno, la mano aperta corrisponde a 20° di ampiezza apparente;
- tenendo il braccio davanti a sé, il pugno chiuso corrisponde a 8°;
- la distanza tra la nocca dell'indice e quella del medio deternina un'ampiezza pari a circa 3°.

Questi sono indicatori che dovrebbero facilitare l'orientamento nel cielo: conoscendo un paio di costellazioni, ad esempio Orione e il Grande Carro, e i punti cardinali, attraverso le distanze angolari, si può risalire a ogni altro oggetto celeste visibile (un esempio per capire: se conoscete la costellazione del Leone e le stelle di cui è composta e sapete che Marte si trova a 20° a ovest di Regolo, tramite la conoscenza di quanto sopra, potrete determinare la posizione di Marte).

Infine, anche le dimensioni apparenti dei pianeti vengono espresse utilizzando l'angolo sotto cui vengono osservati. Ma essendo che i pianeti appaiono come dei puntini luminosi, è più corretto dire che le loro dimensioni vengono misurate con i sottomultipli del grado: minuti d'arco e secondi d'arco.

1 grado = 3600 secondi d'arco

Marte ha dimensioni apparenti di 18''. Giove, il più grande dei pianeti del nostro sistema solare, arriva a 40". Mentre Saturno, con i suoi anelli, sottende 45". Solo Venere può raggiungere 1' nei momenti di massima vicinanza alla Terra.

I am sick. Sore throat problem. After taking rest 3 days, can I do the Lord Focalor Ritual ? There have many runes in the ritual.

If i answer questions in the forum referring to other members' answers and posts, the reason is that i want to create a sense of unity or i don't have enough time for further elaboration (for this last reason i probably will not write a lot in the forums in the future). If i didn't answer to something, the reason is that it wasn't very useful answering.

I know i have made errors caused by lack of attention in the definition of concepts, grammar errors (these are few) in some posts in the past/recent due to lack of elaboration or because i answered very quickly (also under the influence of my personal circumstances).

I will edit/delete (if a moderator gives me the permission) some posts i think are uncorrect or there is a lack of sources. Everyone could suggest any editing.

Sometimes, I have recurring dreams about Crocodiles. Could this be a sign of something or could it just be my mind dwelling on them?

Begin by lying on your back on your mat. Bring your left knee up to your torso, you can squeeze it to your torso for an added stretch first and then loosen it. Bring it over to the right side, while allowing your back to be relaxed. You might need to slide your right hip to the left side by a few inches to allow your back to be in a straight line from your neck to your right leg. The right leg can be straight, or bent as shown in the illustration above.

Place your right hand over your left knee to gently increase the stretch, and have your left arm outstretched to the left. Allow your head to look to the left side to increase the stretch. If the knee of the upper leg can’t reach the bed (or floor if you are doing this on your mat), then let it hang, or place a pillow (or bunched up blanket) under it.

Do for the same amount of time on each side, breathing long and deep or at your regular pace until you are more accustomed to the stretch.

Benefits: This pose gently aligns the vertebrae in your entire spine, expands the lungs, and aids your digestive organs.

El valor de los amigos​

Los verdaderos amigos son tesoros ocultos. Se llaman asi porque aparecen en la medida que avancemos, que nos desprogramemos y nos limpiemos. Estos tiene un valor incalculable.

Cuando contamos con amigos que nos incentiven a crecer y fuera de eso nos otorguen conocimiento y experiencias, el camino se hace mucho más liviano y divertido. No digo que este camino sea pesado ni nada por el estilo, es simplemente que cuando tienes amigos a tu alrededor, pareciera que to va más rápido de lo normal.

Somos sociables por naturaleza, algunos querrán tener más amigos que otros, pero de alguna forma vamos a querer personas a nuestro lado.

Aquellos que estén en este camino y no considere aún la importancia de un entorno social de calidad, no te preocupes, esto viene con el tiempo. Date tiempo para limpiarte, desprogramarte y tener una consciencia más alta, te darás cuenta del valor de esto.

Es importante recalcar, que no todos se acercan con buenas intenciones, ni todos se le deben llamar amigos, de hecho hasta en relaciones sociales uno debe aplicar el razonamiento y la comprensión espiritual. Por eso yo considero a los amigos de calidad, ocultos, porque aparecen en la medida que crecemos y de la nada.

Los amigos terrenales como los Dioses y demonios, son un gran propulsor para este camino, muchas veces tus amigos te darán ese impulso extra que necesitas, incluso te ayudarán con temas de disciplina y como mejorar un poco más.

Algunos de nosotros hemos tenido durante mucho tiempo un concepto erróneo de la amistad y eso ha afectado toda nuestra visión en cuanto a este tema. He tenido "amigos" que me dejan hablar por meses y años y de repente aparecen de la nada pidiendo favores. Una verdadera amistad no es ese tipo de gente que no te habla y de repente aparece sin cultivar nada , por lo que merezca verdaderamente mi valor de amistad.

No hay reciprocidad por ningún lado, no se esfuerzan y ni siquiera nos aportan nada. Todo en la vida hay que cultivarlo, regarlo, sembrarlo y todo este proceso, como una plantita... Te tomas el tiempo para que crezca y cuando menos piense ya es enorme.

Debemos tener en cuenta que la amistad y el amor van de la mano, junto con otros principios u valores como el respeto, la confianza, la armonía, etc. Todos estos deben ser cultivados, entre más fuerte sea un lazo saludable, estos sentimientos, principios u emociones serán más latentes y altos. Todo lo anterior se verá reflejado en nuestras acciones.

La amistad es la buena voluntad de dos personas que se esfuerzan por hacer florecer un vinculo real y sano.

Una relación de pareja como la amistad son importantes en esta vida, claro, tienen sus diferencias, pero ambos están prácticamente en el mismo lugar.

Aquí no te estoy diciendo que debes tener muchos amigos, prioriza la calidad antes que la cantidad. Puedes tener un solo amigo, pero estoy segura que ese amigo te aporta más que 10 juntos.

Una amistad se conforma de: Lealtad, constancia, amor, perseverancia, crecimiento, conocimiento etc. No se trata solo de pasar un dia y salir, y al llegar a casa ese momento fugaz de amistad, pues termino.

Tengo dos grandes amigos, cuento con la fortuna de que son Zevism, pero esos 2 enormes amigos han demostrado el significado de la amistad con sus hechos. Los tres hemos sido muy constantes en nuestra relación.

Nos alegramos mutuamente de los logros, compartimos experiencias y conocimiento, hemos hecho que nuestro camino sea más divertido y ameno.

En los momentos difíciles, ellos han estado al igual que yo con ellos.

No te apures si quizá ahora no vibras con cierta gente o estés pasando por un momento solitario, esto eventualmente pasará, apóyate en los Dioses y sigue.

En el camino encontrarás gente de calidad con la que puedas apoyarte y caminar de una manera creciente, amena y muy divertidisima.
