when taking the energy from lower front through it's path(yeah most of us know it by now, down back up front down)...
i get to about 40 out of my 50 daily workings, and the room spins..
now it doesn't normally do that, and has done it 4 out 5 of times so far. but the first time, my base chakra lit up. second time, base and sacral. now, last night was sacral and solar plexus
so it's annoying, but has anyone else experience this? and i shall continue unless given a good reason not to. it's just odd; i finish the 50 and get some water, and i'm good.
