when taking the energy from lower front through it's path(yeah most of us know it by now, down back up front down)...
i get to about 40 out of my 50 daily workings, and the room spins..
now it doesn't normally do that, and has done it 4 out 5 of times so far. but the first time, my base chakra lit up. second time, base and sacral. now, last night was sacral and solar plexus O_o
so it's annoying, but has anyone else experience this? and i shall continue unless given a good reason not to. it's just odd; i finish the 50 and get some water, and i'm good.
