Question #575: On joints healing

Hello brothers and sisters! I have knee problems for around 2 years now, i made a set of tests and i was diagnosed with arthritis and i have small ruptures inside my knee joints wich are supposed to aggravate in time. Can you please give me advice on what to do to fully heal these joints? I am down to do a working for it, any advice would be great... If you can give me details on how much time, when to start, if i need to have the chackras opened for these workings... It is a problem that is keeping me behind on many aspects of life and i want it to stop... Thanks in advance for your kind words as any advice would help me..

it's also important to do things that will help the spiritual workings.

here are some exercises, watch the videos, some are advanced, don't do anything that hurts, and slowly progress. you can fix the arthritis in your needs, do spiritual workings and focus on doing everything you can as well to help, eating a lot of beef gelatin, and get all your minerals and vitamins, such as with a fulvic humic supplement, as well as not causing any more damage to your knees.

I want to add, that for knee to be able to heal faster don’t stagnate, I mean don’t avoid movements with your knee, because when you move joints senovial fluid is sent there by your organism which is lubricating joints and makes it healthier, this is very important for healing, as senovial fluid is there because joints get very little amount of blood, so this is as alternative fluid that joints use to be effective and healthy.

Of course avoid heavy lifting and etc, but don’t stagnate. Also use rest little more rapidly than usually but not too much, little by little and do more easy walking, moving its very important but not to the limits :) don’t forget you are healing.

When resting sit somewhere where you are able to make legs straight, but keep your knees slightly bent and put something below knee so it would be able to rest comfortably, don’t do too much rotation of knee, I mean not at all, as this is what can make it worse, because joints are fluction and extension creatures, not rotation.

This is how I was able to heal very fast my knees, and of course do yoga, meditate, working what you feel best, but this should go without saying, as practices is what makes energy to be beneficial for your life, and what is of energy, that is for your quality of life.
