Energy Work, Feeling Energy, and Improving Astral Senses (No Visualization Required) - Tactile Imaging and Mobile Body Awareness System

Great work and very explanatory, brother. May this post find whoever needs it.

Crowd & Excitement Energy
'This energy can be drawn in and used to increase energy levels.'

Personally, I don't think this is safe to do. You can observe the energy of the crowds, but drawing in their energy is something close to energy vampirism. The majority do not clean their aura, do not work on purification, many do drugs, and so on. Why would I or someone else want that energy? It's better to become aware of nature or tune in to colors and see what you feel from them.

" Regardless of what you do for meditations [we are all individuals], following a meditation/yoga session, etc., one should be absolutely still and get what I call an 'energy buzz' (...) It comes minutes after a yoga session, after doing breathing exercises, invoking energy from the sun, and many times after cleaning one's aura and chakras. Just sitting still and meditating on this energy buzz helps to amplify it." - See here

I think it's much simpler than what people try to imagine the feeling to be.

Yes, I do agree with what you're saying. But I think the main point here wasn't to draw in the energy of the crowd and its people directly, but rather, to tap into the energy of those collective emotions and the atmosphere that is created by crowds and excitement.

In any case, I personally also wouldn't recommend doing that, I just found it interesting when I saw it in the book and added it, but now that I think about it, it might be a better idea to leave that out.

Maybe disclaimer(s) can be added instead of omitting information.
