Thank you for being here. There is a lack of resources for beginners that give actionable advice and knowledge in regard to workings themselves so I'd like to explain the basics of how to use astrology to your advantage, no prerequisite knowledge required.

To begin, an important factor in beginning workings is the position of the moon. The moon is the fastest moving planet astrologically and is used to align things with specific types of working. The moon itself is closely tied to spirituality, emotions, and related subtleties. The slower moving planets might take months or years to get into a "perfect" position, so it's also very convenient to use the moon to give more power to your workings.

The most important factors relating to the moon in specific are the:
1. Sign
2. Phase (Waning or Waxing)
3. Void of Course

1. In Astrology, the Sign is basically the "mood" a planet is in, the signs depict specific archetypes and these applied to planets express various effects. For example, Libra, a sign related to diplomacy and balance; this is a good time for workings related to relationships, legal matters, and similar, as the energy of the moon is expressed in a diplomatic manner. Contrastingly, if the moon is in a fiery sign such as Leo (related to passion, ambition, and courage) then it's a wonderful time for workings related to charisma, motivation, sports, and related things. Luckily, you don't have to fully understand and independently make the connections between different signs and workings as this is already done in our Astrology Calendar by our dear High Priestess Lydia. On the calendar are the signs (depicted by icons/emojis) and words relating to what can be done at the time. You can think of the sign being the deciding factor of WHICH TYPE of working is most suitable astrologically.

2. Something very important beginners might overlook is the relevance of the Waning and Waxing Moons as these aren't explained on the main ToZ website in specific. These phases of the moon correlate with beginnings and endings. In the context of workings, workings related to growth and creation are associated with beginnings and the Waxing Moon, while workings related to endings and destruction are associated with the Waning Moon. Practically, this means that any workings that aim to end/remove something (whether this be negative karma, a specific problems, health issues, detaching from other people, cursing someone, general cleansing, etc.) should be done when the moon is Waning, and workings that aim to begin/create/improve/fix something (all other types of workings, whether for health, chakras, motivation, opportunities, love, etc.) should be done when the moon is Waxing. The Waning moon is the phase of the moon from the peak of the full moon to the new moon (as it's getting smaller), the Waxing Moon begins on the new moon and ends at the peak of the full moon. (as it's getting bigger). It's important to note that the "full moon" is not a phase in itself; directly after the moon reaches its peak it becomes a Waning Moon.

A small tip here is that the result you want can most likely be accomplished by workings on both a waning and waxing moon, what matters here is looking at things from different perspectives. To make an example, let's say your goal is to lose weight. You can do a working on the waning moon specifying weight loss itself, but even on a waxing moon, you could for example do a working to boost a certain hormone that causes you to safely lose weight as well. You could also do a working on the waxing moon that boosts your willpower and strength to exercise and lose weight that way. Creativity is key. I highly recommend you to read this detailed article by SG Blitzkreig on constructing proper affirmations, it can help immensely in workings.

3. The moon can become Void of Course (VoC), this happens as the moon transitions into another sign (and it is also marked on our astrology calendar - with beginning and ending included). This phase is detrimental to starting any workings and starting workings or real life projects in general should be absolutely avoided (pun unintended) during this. So before you start any projects or workings, make sure the moon isn't VoC by checking the calendar. Please read more here.

There are also special phenomena concerning the moon such as eclipses, but these aren't as relevant here.

Planetary Days
Going further, each day has a specific planet assigned it. These are also highly relevant in starting workings as workings get additional power by the planet of the day. I've created a small chart here to give an idea of what day is relevant to what working. I've linked the pages for the specific rulerships in blue (topics that the planets are associated with) to the planets, please click on them for more information for the specific planets (some information may not be as relevant for workings but still useful nonetheless).

Monday - Moon: Emotions, Spirituality
Tuesday - Mars: Ambition, Passion, War, Revenge, Virility
Wednesday - Mercury: Communication, Learning, Intelligence, Media, Healing
Thursday - Jupiter: Expansion, Luck, Sports, Higher Education
Friday - Venus: Love, Relationships, Beauty, Luxury
Saturday - Saturn: Purification & Cleansing, Cursing, Discipline, Endurance, Limitations
Sunday - Sun: Wealth, Power, Health

Planetary Hours
In addition to planetary days, the planets also rule various hours throughout the day, to get the most out of this, please do the working on the hour of the same planet as the day. The planetary hours for each day are also accessible through our Astro Apollo Astrology platform. Coordinating your daily schedule with the planetary hours is also advisable, the correspondences with the above chart are also valid for these hours as well. To give some more actionable advice, do your studying on the hours of mercury, your meditations on the hour of the sun or moon, etc.

I'm honored to post this guide and hope it will help many people.
Never shy away from learning new things, keep on developing intellectually and spiritually.
Be Blessed and have a wonderful day/week!

Perfect, brother, keep it up. I have a question: when will you publish the collection of sermons in order? I ask because I would like to add it to my permanent backup collection. Unfortunately, I will have less and less time to deal with these things, and I hope to at least make the last backups before other urgent commitments begin.

It's very close to getting finished, should be done by the end this week. It's not focused on chronology but it's rather a huge categorization of all Sermons into various topics and categories. Of course, specific things like all group rituals, updates, and announcements and such are chronologically sorted though. Everything is currently around 280 pages, that's why I've been working on it since late June.
