A few years ago I ordered a natal chart with Maxine, and she predicted a lot that have already happened and I am greatful for the insight I got from leanring the basics of astrology and her warning.

Now, my time of birth was wrong by 5 minutes. And I can't believe how much can change within those 5 minutes.

Anyways, to my question, the original:

With Libra on the cusp of your third house and ruling Venus in Aries in your ninth, you have a gift for learning and speaking foreign languages.

Instead of Libra on the cusp there should actually be Virgo which is the correct sign after I found my true birth time.
I know Virgo is of the analytical and systematic sign, so any idea what this gift then turns out to be??

So then look to where your Mercury is (house and sign), as Mercury rules Virgo. Combine that info with what the 3rd house rules.

Thank you Lydia! I must say my intuition always got me to read Mercury/Virgo.

So that is how you interpret the signs on the house cusps? You look at the ruling planet of the sign?

You see, there are many signs and degrees that changed. So hopefully I can learn a little more.
And I looked at your web page, I hope to get enough money one day to order from you. Right now I have very little....hard times you know.
But that way I am sure I will learn more as I will have a new perspective to compare and the like.

Okay...now I notice I am really new to this.
But that gives me a tendency to observe the smaller details in my partner?? I know it has something to do with my partner and the communications with him therein. Maybe there are more to it.

Ahhh...why is this so hard? I am sure it is easy as day for some...but no...not for me.

Yeah the entire chart need to be taken into consideration, as well as degrees and such. Based on what you've mentioned though, definitely a need for communication with you to your partner. 3rd house rules communications. 
I would write more but I'm in between reversal rituals with another SS, just needed a few minutes to let the energy of 1st one sit before starting 2nd.

I see. Yes please do the reverse rituals and taking your time. I will do the reverse rituals myself asap.
