I'll explain to you how to find where the Stars and the Planets are in this exact moment, so that you can face them where they phisically are.
Your target can also be between you and a Planet/Star, for various types of works, someone on the other side of the world will be under your feet, or elsewhere, so be aware of it.
Planets can be on the same degree, or a Star with a Planet too.
They can have a distance of 180, 120, 90, 60 degres, or 0 too (or any meaningful number related to 360). These can also form groups, like 3 Planets are distant 90 degrees (90-90-90), and these are related then.
And these define the energies on the field of Earth, and the energies of something started in that precise moment (Birth too).
You can also compare the current chart with a past chart of something.

Let's begin!
We will base all of this on the Sun.
The Sun in 1 year, travel through all the 12 Zodiac Signs. From our perspective, the Sun stands between us and a X Zodiac constellation, and we say that the Sun is in that X Sign.
Then we take the site:
And we see the positions of all Planets in this exact moment, as these move as well in the chart. But the Stars are in fixed positions in the chart and don't move.
So let's say the Sun is in Aries at 1° degree, and Mars is in Aries at 30° degree, while a fixed Star like Rigel is allways at 16° degree of Gemini.
Now we face the Sun, and the travel it does is a 360 degrees circle. We turn ourselves from the Sun of 29° Degrees, toward Tauros.
And there there is Mars.
To find Rigel, we do a calculation (every sign is 30 degrees), and we turn ourselves, to find the general directions.
Be aware, the Moon moves very fast, and also other Planets move, and so does the Sun, so keep yourself updated on their position through the above site.
Very Important:
Now from your perspective the Sun is above and behind a Tree in your garden at 1:00 p.m
It was at the left of the Tree at 6:00 a.m when it was rising.
It will be at the right of the Tree at 6:00 p.m when it will fall.
And it will be behind AND below you, with you standing in front of the Tree at 1:00 a.m
So the Circle of 12 signs isn't aligned with the ground from your perspective, but at night is below the ground, and at day is above it.
If the Sun is at 1° degree of Aries and it's at the left of the Tree at 6:00 a.m, when it will be falling on the right at 6:00 p.m the Sun will still be at the 1° degree of Aries.

And this means that every Sign and Planet travel behind East, South, West and North everyday.
The Sun likely moves 1° degree every day.
Also, check on the above site, based on your location the Planetary Hours, as these will also tell you when the Sun will rise and when it falls everyday, as in Summer it falls around 8:00 p.m and in Winter it falls at 5:00 p.m, same for the Rising.
The change is gradual, and usually it changes of 1-2 minutes everyday. So keep yourself updated.
Now let's move to a different thing, to find the general position of a Star.
The Star of Rigel is said to be in 16° degree of Gemini when it comes to do charts in Astrology. But Rigel isn't part of Gemini, it's part of Orion. So how to find all 88 modern constellations, besides the 12 of the Zodiac?
Here my method is very general, and it's based on looking at this image, and on assuming the general position, while knowing all the above.
To find the constellations base yourself on 1 of the Zodiac, and then look above and below, and you will face different constellations.
Also look online in which constellations the Stars are.
It's said that the Gods live in Orion, so praying directed on the place where They phisically live, might help and give a better experience and feel.
All the above helped me and made the difference in absorbing the energies from Rigel, it gave me a more phisical and direct feeling.
I know all the informations here can be an hard topic for someone new to these, but my advice is to go out, see things, and reason. You also may need to write things down.
