All teas contain fluoride. The longer the leaf has had a chance to grow the more fluoride it has. This means that green and white teas have less fluoride than black teas. This is not to say that green and white teas are by any means safe. Studies have shown that the amount of fluoride in teas has risen over time and should continue to do such.

hey chris i do have the same problems of being emotional, anexiety and palpations so i know how you feel but yes meditations do help and building an aura of protection will be helpful for you, along with these try mudras, and for anexiety and all green tea, aromatherapy will help you too. but emotional trauma nd abuse can be repaired by empowering your chakras, I hope this will help you.
