Best path to seeing auras

Hello as the title says, im looking towards seeing auras its one of my milestones in measuring my progress. Basically what im asking is what are some things i should be utilizing to make sure this comes to a realization faster than normal? Are there any runes that would help? colors? Help is much appreciated

Keep working on your third eye, sixth chakra, minor clairvoyant points. The rune Dagaz works good.Breathe energy into your third eye, silver works, indigo, psychic colors. OOh the most powerful method I have found to be is Breathing in pure solar energy into your third eye and sixth chakra. Very powerful. I'm going to be doing that again becausw for some stupid reason I stopped but trust me sunlight works VERY well. The Isis mantra is great too. I absolutely love the Isis mantra and been doing it for awhile daily. I've recently started doing the buddhi-mudra while vibrating the mantra. Very powerful. I love vibrating mantras.

White walls behind you. clean mounted mirror , good lighting. look at your 3rd eye for 2 minutes or so. you'll see your aura soon after depending on the power of your 3rd eye. dont look at your aura move your attention to other parts of your face. it works for me.

Moon square, would help. Also focusing on and empowering on the minor clairvoince chakras would play a part in that. You can use runes to empower the 3rd eye, and 6 chakra, and dont forget about the Pineal Gland. There are different runes you can use, but I like Ansuz, it helps with psychic and magickal abilities.
