Best path to seeing auras

Hello as the title says, im looking towards seeing auras its one of my milestones in measuring my progress. Basically what im asking is what are some things i should be utilizing to make sure this comes to a realization faster than normal? Are there any runes that would help? colors? Help is much appreciated

Keep working on your third eye, sixth chakra, minor clairvoyant points. The rune Dagaz works good.Breathe energy into your third eye, silver works, indigo, psychic colors. OOh the most powerful method I have found to be is Breathing in pure solar energy into your third eye and sixth chakra. Very powerful. I absolutely love the Isis mantra and been doing it for awhile daily. I've recently started doing the buddhi-mudra while vibrating the mantra. Very powerful. I love vibrating mantras.

Nice that you set nice goals.Keep striving for your betterment always and forever. It's a major step in spirituality to see auras. Sheer solar energy and light from the sun as Shannon told you, works perfect. Inhale this in all your chakras of psychic vision, not just the 3rd eye. Work on the 3rd eye in three sets like Vovim Baghow said. Where the back extension of the 6th chakra is, physically there is the location of the center of physical vision in the brain. This will help. To see auras you need a minor trance state, but some advanced people in this can see without one. I had a hard moon position and getting my vision to work was hard indeed. Raise energy like .Shannon said,Dagaz. But my suggestion would be the moon square. That's guaranteed to work very good.

White walls behind you. clean mounted mirror , good lighting. look at your 3rd eye for 2 minutes or so. you'll see your aura soon after depending on the power of your 3rd eye. dont look at your aura move your attention to other parts of your face. it works for me.

Moon square, would help. Also focusing on and empowering on the minor clairvoince chakras would play a part in that. You can use runes to empower the 3rd eye, and 6 chakra, and dont forget about the Pineal Gland. There are different runes you can use, but I like Ansuz, it helps with psychic and magickal abilities.
