Anger, Repressed Rage

Anger is normal, and when used correctly can help us with basic survival, and break through obstacles in life. But due to many centuries of xianity and other toxic programs, we have been beaten down and repressed in all facets of life. Normal healthy forms of anger has been taught by the enemy to be seen as toxic. Many people can’t even handle seeing someone angry, and don’t know what to do. And when a person becomes justly angry about something, they are often seen as being psychotic or toxic, simply for having a normal emotion.

Many of you are here because of anger at the world, anger at being mistreated in life, anger at how certain things have been kept from you, anger at not having opportunities that should have been yours, anger at seeing injustice, anger at seeing degeneracy not only tolerated but even celebrated.

They key is to know how to manage your anger, how to express and release it correctly, and when to control or hide it to deal with later.


How to manage anger

-As with everything, knowledge is power. Self-knowledge leads to self-mastery. This is why I have already written a few posts on journaling.

Start a new section, word doc, or paper book, and write down everything that makes you angry or frustrated. Any criticism, insults, injustice, all of it. Write it down, and write why it angers you. Spend time thinking this over: was it because of something you experienced as a child, or an annoying habit one of your parents had, or what other reason?

Now think over how you have reacted to these incidents in the past, you can write a short summary of this.

Now, think over how you should have handled this instead, and how you will handle it if it arises again. Write it down. Don’t just think it. Writing makes it real in your consciousness.

Doing this practice will make it easier for you to remain in control of yourself when faced with these situations again, and you will now have the inner strength to handle the situation in a better way for you. You will have already worked out how to manage the problem on paper, so you will remember from this how to manage it in reality. This is not completely fool-proof, but when combined with the rest of this post, you will be a long way ahead of where you were before.


-Void meditation, breathing exercises such as long deep breathing, and other meditation such as trance. These done daily will help you remain calm and in control of yourself in all situations. These practices teach you to detach and observe, rather than react impulsively. Emotions are very important, but they must not rule you uncontrolled.


How to express and release anger correctly

-If you have anything really pent up, to the point of it being life-debilitating, hold a standard ritual to Zeus or call upon your Guardian Daemon. State that you want to understand and release this rage, and that you want to be able to have a clean and pure mind to focus on your advancement. Say as much as you need to say, don’t hold back. When you are done, do a deep cleaning of your aura and chakras, especially your Base chakra and Hip extension chakras where anger is stored. Continue this daily, for as long as you need to.

Wow, thank you, High Priestess; this is really helpful. I repress so much anger, as I was always told to stay calm every day of my life. And when I get angry because someone does something bad to me, my wife asks me why I am frustrated and tells me to stay calm and stop being angry. I need to express it and let it go.

I don't know when I've last consciously felt or expressed anger, despite being in situations which justified it, so this is absolutely something for me to reclaim and work on 💭
 
That has always been my biggest problem. I had tons of repressed anger, including from many past lives. When I started clearing it, my root and hip chakras were so saturated that sometimes my legs would stiffen, and other times, while I was clearing it, it would explode, and I'd feel like destroying everything.
Some planetary positions can reflect this, such as having Mars and Pluto retrograde, whose energies are directed inward, or having them in the 12th house.
 
It’s important to stay aware of our emotions and learn to manage them without pushing them away. When we acknowledge what we feel, we can respond with clarity instead of reacting impulsively. Emotional control isn’t suppression, it’s understanding ourselves better. 🤍

In fact, when I feel angry because an enemy has wrongfully hurt me, I use the combo: “Thurisaz + Hagl,” then I send a ball of negative energy extracted from accumulated feelings of anger and direct it toward the victim as if it were a laser. It has helped me enormously. Now, recently, while I'm doing the 6-month program, when I feel angry, I also perform the “Return Curses” system.
 
Exercise has helped me a lot, especially with anger; no better way to let off steam than by sweating it off. However, I'm interested in trying black magic on those who have harmed me. I'm just wondering if it can cause me negative karma, and if it would be better to move on and improve in life.

What if vengeance upon an abusive parent is what you want? I have had a deep want to take my revenge for years but also am unsure on what level is unethical or not. I have no wish to spar them either and hate them enough I truly don't even want them to advance, shameful I know, but no point in lying about it.

It's so unethical to my knowledge I know so I've done nothing. They are also a hardcore xian as well if that matters.

This is AMAZING and essential! I have struggled with anger management my whole life not only from having an abusive parent and environment growing up well into adulthood but being neurodivergent doesn't help and often can lower the frustration threshold quite a bit. I am currently doing sessions for emotional regulation and emotional trauma and this is just another great thing to incorporate into all of this. Thank you so much! I usually used to simmer anger inside, unfortunately resulting in casual damage. It isn't always possible to do something about that emotion right away, so it stays on hold, which brings unintended consequences in the long run. Also there's been this internal lack of important knowledge on how to handle this.

I was forced to become a people pleaser while growing up. This means, that I prefer to agree instead of just telling 'no'. Such a 'trait' has obviously caused a lot of internal turmoil, influencing also people around me.

With the appearance of some wisdom, maturity, and the ability to detach from trivial things, the situation has improved, but I'm still a work in progress.

Yes anger is a normal part of every human being. I want to convey that it should be important to not stress over a very gross and deliberate misinterpretation by the damn pig because they choose to skim over the narrative like an autist with a short attention span and answer in 3 basic sentences while avoiding the questions altogether when all that was wanted was their honesty and maybe actual advice. Maybe because a part of them thinks it was really imagination but just can't find the courage to realize it. Of course they can disregard their experiences as a larp, but the same statement can be made towards them in which there is just an endless loop of assumptions and denial based on personal things. But of course, they go to the public and use passive aggressive and abusive rhetoric. So they get the crashout they wanted, and then bury it under the rug, button themselves up and pretend they were the "rational" one and let an actual therapist have 5 figures. Nope, just the bullshit silent treatment because presumtious doubts inspired by false sentiment by those with ill will...

The point was to say, that "out of the ordinary" events don't happen for no reason. Though they will not make the mistake to believe whoever they sent was them. Anyway, the book is best left to be closed and realizing maturity is embracing beyond primitive urges and looking beyond. It was a mistake to tell them or to think they would recieve atleast some compassion, as the vision which happened a day after very strenously motioning a gesture of silence and finally understanding why they're begging others for sustenance. I'm glad they discontinued certain topics even though a majority is made by ill faith and they know it.

It's not like they didn't reconcile with their issues over the 10 years, and is not going to let the pig undue their years of character development. The flowers of which were their foundations to continue on and embrace the meaning of life and to protect it. But of course like the pig they are, they will out magnify the flowers they become with whatever supports the narrative they want because they had the courage to call them out when so many are fatigued of seeing the enemy have them in a cuckold. For their actions, how can one say they don't deserve a spit on the face? Seeking value from others they fail to value in the first place.

It's ridiculous how one can have the audacity to expect life changing things and not even try to help them in one important thing in their life while they instead cater to the tumor parroting them because they can write text walls, while they take every chance is to act out on their tumoress nature and change the context of others in the worst way possible. There was a reason people ghosted them but of course a clueless bafoon needs to go and suck them off when they can so they feel welcome... Then when they are finally exposed and ousted they never come forth in why they supported them.. Although their heart may be in the right place it is at times detrimental at the wrong times. There could have been a possibility of the pig having someones (and other dependants) wellbeing funneled to them, looking beyond the migrain it would have caused. Until they were hit with uncertainty and doubt in them. So they think its nonsense because they have the best interest in mind, and remember a tumor called out because of their nature and the safety concerns of others, surely they did something by then. Lo and behold, they're talking to them like a casual monday... At that point was when they folded and just couldn't take them seriously anymore as they were convinced they'd rather have a loud circus than an actually functioning and academically encouraging system.

It makes me question how much of their narratives are truth and what actually was the case. Of course they will claim ones actions were "worse than a jew", while they never tried to reach of to them for their actions but instead resort to abusive rhetoric that they have no right to. Especially demonstrate it publicly when they were already in doubt of their position of being the "face" of it all. Yeah that's a good idea. Some things shouldn't be the burden of one person and I'm sure the gods would agree. All the factors are already in place and there is nothing else but to wait at this point.

Anyway, trust me when I say one could wish some things could be disregarded as imagination when the reality of the fact these are truly not "normal" phenomena which one could say is a gift or a curse. To put it bluntly, there really is no turning back from the rabbit hole. The tumor and co can try and claim whatever and whoever is "trying to be of" when reality is they simply don't have a choice and how they're going to face them when their body has retired its purpose. Also, when the gods go out of their way to discourage you from partaking in certain things, even if it doesn't seam to make sense now, always listen. But I'm glad to know what went down 10 years ago will finally be revealed publicly, some of the things one should've pretended they didn't know but should've been made known from the very start. Because what they feared would happen did happen, and unfortunately it's only the beginning of it.
