gambling addiction

How can I quit gambling addiction without medication?
I know some solutions,
but I would like to do some spiritual work to make it easier for me.
Any advice would be very helpful, thanks.

Use one of the methods provided in this and adjust the affirmation accordingly which needs to be stated in a positive manner and in present tense, such as "I m now completely and permanently free from all sorts of gambling addiction in a beneficial way for me" or anything. you can make your own.

Some will power is required to resist the addiction as well. the working will do its job.

If you lack willpower then consider working on your solar chakra.

Also, clean yourself regularly and have deep cleaning on every saturday.

Combination of above , that is, working on solar, cleaning, deep cleaning on saturdays and a freeing working will be the most efficient route in my opinion, but if you cant, then regular cleaning and freeing working is sufficient too and will produce good results.

I will use affirmation and the power of words
I work on my solar chakra every day and do a cleansing, plus a deep cleansing every Saturday. I don't even know how many weeks I've been doing this.
until now I was blind and couldn't realize that I had a severe addiction to gambling

I tried to tell Goddess Maat about the chaos I was living in without thinking about my addiction or the fact that I had an addiction.
Then I begged her with pity to take my chaos and take it away.
Then I started thinking about every
big loss I had and after a short while I thought about the future I had without gambling,
which made me realize that I have an addiction. And it brings me destruction
