Hello, you cannot do meaningful spiritual activities in a dream, unless some mind training or alike. Vibrating in your dream won't rise energy IRL.

You can also go the the Demons section on JoS and at the bottom of it you'll find a list "help from our Gods" which lists you which God can assist you in your problem. Although do not think that they will be your trading partners or advisers or something, and main focus should be on your own working.

I have set a goal to work and exercise on my physical body and have a timed period.
I only have one question.
I am not looking for a working or a planetary square (although that might boost my success, please clarify), but I want to actually start exercising on a specific date, mainly Esbat next month.
Just looking to achieve the goal.
Is that a good idea, will it help in any case if a goal is started on specific date and should I do square or working aside. And if yes, which so?

Over the years I have found mentions of; munka, visuddi, suryae, satanama, vreem, agni, etc., etc.. (etc. means there are more that I seen get mentioned, but I forgot their name so please do mention all the other ones if possible).

I am not familiar with them - unlike the nordic runes which have a JoS webpage dedicated to them, along with descriptions of what they do/don’t do and .mp3s of what they sound like.

The sanskrit runes don’t have a dedicated page. So I don’t know what their exact uses are or what some of them sound like. I faintly know that they all can be used for protection, just like how tyr, sol, bjork, neud and algiz can. But obviously tyr, sol, bjork, neud, and algiz can also have other non-protective uses. Even when being used for protection, each of the listed runes have their own ‘type’ of protection that might be favoured over another rune.

So I’m guessing munka, visuddi, suryae, satanama, agni, vreem, etc., etc. can all be used to protect. But what ‘type’ of protection do they have specifically? Not really. Visuddhi is water elemental cleaning mantra, Satanama is balancing, anti-aging and alike mantra, Agni is pure elemental fire...

Sanskrit is a whole language, it has almost infinite but definitely thousands of thousands of defined mantra. Same with ancient Greek, Latin, and other ancient languages.
General Yeager have shared a book full of Sanskrit mantras but I advise you to use the ones you know well, that all of us uses and is mentioned on the JoS or a lot on the forums.
Because these definitely work the way as intended, as we have experience with them.

If you want protection, you have Algiz, sowilo, Tiwaz, Thurisaz which completely does the Job and you can do multiple types of AoP with these.
If you want to heal you can use a sun mantra or Wunjo.
If you want to clean yourself you have sun mantras (Surya, Aum Suryae [The "EA" at the end is only there when there is AUM in front of!], sowilo, Raum, ..) or Visuddhi, or (Helios, or Agni but these are more dangerous mantras)...

In fact the runes itself can satisfy all your spiritual needs and we wouldn't even need to use sanskrit or any other mantras. Germanic people used only Runes for their spiritual works. Vedic people only used Sanskrit mantras for their spiritual work.
We actually have too much to choose from, the Runes are perfect because there are not overwhelmengly a lot of them, and can satify any need.
