I understand how to do the simple yogic humming breath. however when I try to apply it to opening the third eye or any other meditation for that matter I just can't exactly pron ounce the word. For example thoth how am I supposed to pronounce this it seems impossible any tips?

<td val[/IMG]You vibrate the th at the same time you vibrate the o.Don't worry if you don't say it right its the feeling of the vibration in the third eye that matters.

I just finished this tonight. I had a lot of luck by sticking my tongue out about an inch while gently placing my teeth (top and bottoms) against my tongue. Place the mouth in a "surprised O shape" and simply hum while keeping this mouth/tongue position. When it's time to inhale, I simply kept my position and breathed in through my nose. Hope this helps! Hail Satan!

It sounds like this. And like Brian said, it's important than you vibrate this to the pitch where you can *feel* it in your third eye.

Honestly mate It sounds nothing like Thoth. I've read other things claiming it is pronounced more like toe and that's easy enough to do. However I'm a very err detail oriented person and an easily angered one. it drives me crazy that I can't pronounce that is there any other way of opening the Third eye you know of? Sorry if I come across as a dick then again it's all in the name
