One session of Hatha Yoga a day is plenty, daily Kundalini Yoga as well, although some beginners could feel that is too much stimulation.

As for Rituals, once a week is plenty, and twice a week is pushing it, if there isn't a schedule. These are powerful tools, and not everyone feels their effects immediately as a beginner.
If there is a schedule, once a day is ideal, although that may be too much for some. Clergy usually gives some guidelines in terms of how many repetitions of the schedule would be plenty, in the same Forum post announcing the schedule

I have not kept up-to-date with it, but if I am not mistaken, then Whites are direct descendants, biologically, of Zeus/Zeus; we have His DNA within us, literally, and Blacks and Asians I think are direct descendants of their own respective Black and Asian Gods and Goddesses biologically with Their actual DNA in them, as well. From what I gather, there are tiny parts (not mentioning technical terms) within each Race that are not present, or are in different amounts and configurations, in other Races.
