As for your second, some men are more attracted to virgin women because they are inexperienced, thus have no or lower standards of what sex is supposed to be, along with a belief the woman's vagina will be tighter, thus more enjoyable. Egon if you are a girl that just came of age and has had her first period or so and she uses tampons, it is very likely that you'd tear the hymen slightly. It wouldn't be a big tear though, not as big as when having sex.
