I'm sick of it
It already started when I was 11 years old
Some nights it just comes out and haunt me, do you have any advice/working for that?

In some periods it's light, but in other stressful periods like this one, it's pretty heavy

Thanatophobia aka the fear of dying is normal and exists in most humans. If it's too strong for you maybe some self hypnosis may help.

Think also that this can be used for you to be motivated to do better in your living life, such as an awareness of death and how meaningful life is.

Sometimes it is, i get these kind of crises when I try to sleep or when I get some disease or feel bad physically
