Good thinks happened with me

Greeting!
So, Ive been doing this meditation since jan 10:

Also started a big detox with it, and doesnt really focused on anything else, just to keep these. But the results are more than I could have ever imagined, things just happened with me without affirmation. A brief summary from the past 2,5 months of mine:
- greatly reduced porn usage
- reduced phone usage
- got a well paying stable job(pretty boring one, but its not that much of a contra)
- find someone who I went to a date with, kissed and felt really good with
- usual high sugar no longer breaks my spirit. Almost. But even the most chaotic medical states only cause a few days rage, instead of existential depression like last year
- not even mentioning how much thing I realised and understand now about myself

Of course, its not perfect yet, there are still setbacks and some worse days, but overall I feel like Im making great progress. Likely Ill need to keep the meditation and the detox whole year, or at least a half year more.
Sometimes it feels weird, like Im no longer 'myself', while in reality Im just no longer my older self, but a new, better one. At least a new one is in progress.

So thank you again, High Priestess Lydia, I just hope you can feel how much you helped me with this🙏

Im also very greatful for the Gods. There were very dark periods, and They helped me through those times.

Mad respect. Admirable. And it does not have to be perfect, but you WILL make it better and better as time goes by. Again, you're amazing!
