Mhm.. sadly enough.. I don't know where I read or heard it say, but when you are 30 years of age, your body does not seem to be able to take in that much more calcium (and probably goes for everything).
.. on to that.. if one eats and drinks a lot of that.. but still has 'calcium' problems. its probably because the diet isn't supporting enough in all those other things, like magnesium, zink, etc. You might as well be taking supplements for the rest of your life.
On another note. When you are small and you grow a lot, what do you think is better for you? Sugar and energydrink products or whole foods grown in the soil, carefully grown with non pesticides and stuff?
Giving the essentials to what you need WHEN you need it is very important.
I do not understand how some parents STILL can not see this logic. You want the best for your children? Then why do you feed them sugar ridden non benefical rubbish that basicly are just drugs????
Ehm.. something else. On sugar. Lemonade syrup.
Could bash my head in earlier. Syrup is basicly just sugar with water and added flavor (or you let herbs boil in it). You thin it with water, but in a cup goes about your pinky to pointer finger thick and you fill the rest up with water.
Considering what was said in the video. THAT is a LOT of sugar as well.
Along cola I do not consider Lemonade syrup in any way healthy for a child. (or long term use for an adult..)
So what is healthy for a child then?

Butter is actually one of the best fats there is. Grass fed butter. It is rich in cholesterol and saturated fats, with which the brain and cells are made of.
Young children especially should have healthy and clean diets for their development. Once we get older, the window of opportunity closes.
