I was reading what u mean by stop absorbing the minerals and vitamins, but in the end it's not the absorption it's just ur body is breaking down faster then it can repair it's self.

As a child grows though important to take all in but from what I was ready there is such a think as called to much, it's I'm guessing also some reason some get kidney stones and calcium build up in the arteries and such. But a verification on it would help me, thanks.
Heres another question, since this topic still movingish, I don't understand about the tonsils why many kids get it removed. What about preventing it?
Many family's grow up eatting crap and junk all the time, even in my town I live in, u can see many family members, over wait meaning obese, and thy still buying 3 to 4 boxes of cans of 12 packs and such, and u look at the child and see the belly sticking out.
It's sad really is. I know my son eats a little crap stuff some times but not all the time and when he's full he's full he say no more, that's a thing I heard or read some where, where the food has chemicals that stops the signal saying ur full. Think was in that video actually... I can see that on fast food, a big problem....
Oat meal was to healthy but thy do spray pesticide on it, forgot what brand.
Anyways always balance diet .
