Some undiscussed questions about binding

I have tried to read all the posts I can find concerning binding spell prior to making this thread so I'm sorry if anything I'm going to ask is duplicate..

I have a girlfriend with avoidant attachment issues. I'm not gonna explain what it is much but basically, when she gets emotionally overwhelmed, her nervous system shuts down her emotions and she acts too cold/abandons me and then eventually regrets this.

The thing I want to ask is, is there anything I can do with binding to prevent/fix this? I've tried to vibrate ISA 108 times, make the affirmation "She can't avoid me anymore" or "she can't abandon me anymore" etc. 8 times and vibrated AUM. I've did this daily for like a week but I haven't seen a change at all. Am I doing something wrong? Is this even a valid affirmation? Should binding, ISA and saturnal energy be used in a situation like this?

And lastly, I've read on forums about binding spell using blood and it shouldn't be done because it would tie you with the person. Well, in my situation I want to be tied with the person. Should I use it? And how to even do it?

I want to help her to embark on that path but she has abandoned me again. I know she will regret it again but it takes months for her to get out of that emotional shutdown state. Is there at least no way to temporarily bind her from going away this time so I can persuade her to working on it. She isn't exactly Zevist but she is a pagan as well if that helps.

This is complex. The mind cannot be controlled in this way at these levels. This makes people uncontrollable, in a sense.

You will not be able to force this process of the mind. Logical arguments or anything else will not be enough, because it is not a problem of logic and/or reasoning. The mind will sabotage any attempt until the problem is resolved. Forcing the issue will only worsen the situation and the girl's mental/psychological state.

The solution is to become aware of the problem, take responsibility for it, fight against oneself, and heal. This is a process that only she can do. If her will is not moving in that direction, there is not much that can be done.

Gebo type of binding is what you are looking for, not Isa. Isa is the opposite of what you want. It makes her unable to take action. Isa means ice, it is cold. You want her not to be cold. See:

Just let it be, have a regular meditation session going and focus on what you are going to do next.

@Pammy is right about what you want to do, listen to her, ehwaz can also be used as well to strengthen the bond if you want.

Gebo, along with ehwaz/sowilo any of these runes will work, see what sticks out to you and pick it, though gebo alone will work as well.

Dont use zastir its not safe, last person whom i know used it is in a mental institute, that is even if hes alive.

Before anything, going back to the time before time you did Isa, her issue according to you is emotionally not being able to open, being avoidant. What heals this is Wunjo:

So what resolves your problem, mend your relationship and make her emotionally open is not a binding, but healing, going from your description. As @Demonic said, Eihwaz is another binding rune more suitable than Isa, this one can make someone yield to a marriage offer.

Uruz if you want to free her from your previous Isa binding which makes the target less likely to take action.

To sum it up, the kind of binding you wish is related to Gebo and Eihwaz, however making her open to you is not a binding but a Wunjo type of mending that makes someone open. Imagine someone with open arms and smiling, waiting for a hug. This is not a result of binding, this is more Wunjo than any binding runes.
