I must confess that I do smoke. What it does is cause holes in my aura and also dirty up my chakras.

I was wondering if there is some magick that I can do to help me quit. The gods hate it when I cope with smoking. I have PTSD and I wish to conquer it but not by smoking.

Are there any runes that I can use? Whst can I do to stop smoking?

Family, help!

Hail Father Satan!

I smoked for a number of years.  I quit 2 years ago.  I rolled my own cigs, and when I ran out of filter tubes, I decided I wasn't going to buy anymore.  I asked our Gods for help to quit, and I heard a voice in my head tell me to get rid of the rest of the tobacco, and they would help.  I did so and felt a warmth come over my body instantly.  One of the better decisions I have made.  Like a lot of bad habits, you don't realize how detrimental these things are until you distance yourself from it.

Distancing yourself from cigarettes is a big help in the process.  Don't buy them.  Can't smoke em if you don't have em, right?.  If you have friends or family that smoke, try to minimize your time around them while they are smoking.  If they are in your house and want to smoke, politely ask them to go outside.  If you are in their house and they want to smoke, then you can go outside and use this as an opportunity to cleanse your aura and draw energy from the sun.  You want to avoid any situation that may cause a relapse as much as possible in the beginning.

You deepest cravings will most likely come from associations your brain has developed with smoking.  For me, it was always coffee and a cigarette 1st thing in the morning.  The 1st week I quit was the hardest.  Especially when I drank coffee.  My brain associated the cigarette with the caffeine, and that is when my cravings were strongest.  Smoking after a meal is an example of another.  These are the times that you must remain the strongest mentally.  The 1st week was the hardest for me, and after that, it became easier.  I still craved cigarettes for awhile, but nothing like that 1st week.

I have friends and co-workers who smoke.  They tried the patch and pills to stop smoking.  They still smoke till this day.  Take that for what it's worth.

Interesting moment of weakness for me....about 2 months after I quit, I was shopping at a pharmacy.  For whatever stupid reason as the clerk was ringing me up, I decided to buy a pack of cigarettes.  Smoked one in the car, smoked another when I got home.  Immediately after the 2nd cigarette, I started sweating profusely and felt very sick.  I vomited a short time after.  Took the rest of the cigarettes outside to the trash can and haven't smoked one since.

Wow, thanks for your advice, kinnysaysnnn. I do live with my mother. She smokes less than I do, but she is still a smoker.

My guardian demons want me to quit. It's not going to be easy because I like smoking... Satan called cigarettes "jew sticks".

What helped me is the rune ALGIZ. I chant it 15 times a day before chanting breath in energy to make strong. Also for the craving I ate sweets then I would crave no more.

You're welcome.  With determination you overcome.  Quitting isn't easy, but is rewarding.  I liked smoking too, but once I didn't for 2 months and started again, it was very clear that it was a mistake.  Make a pact with yourself that you are finished with smoking NOW.  1st few days are the worst.  The next few aren't as bad.  As time goes on, this craving/addiction goes away easier and easier.  If you do falter after a couple weeks, you will be reminded of why you quit in the 1st place.  Toss the jew sticks away and get started on the path to better health and clearer bio-electricity pathways.

Last night, I tried Algiz 15 times + 3 times the statement "I don’t smoke anymore", and since then I don’t want to smoke anymore.
Besides to replace the coffee that my body finds toxic I replace it with energy drink "Jew stick" just with that I don’t want to touch it anymore. Thanks
