Questions about using runes while healing/empowering

So, I am curious as to which working would be more effective for empowering a chakra as I am not sure which is the best approach so I ask from someone who has experience.

I have been breathing in energy of the chakra for 40 breaths each of choice during the proper days and I find this works out well, but maybe there's a better approach I can take? Also, my visual got screwed up today by the jewhovanites I am currently dealing with and the solar chakra felt funny... like something was wrong. I really have no other choice but to open my chakras when I do the working. It turned out to be a dingy yellow color no matter how hard I tried to keep my visualization. Fortunately my Guardian Daemoness Lady Agares helped me out in syphoning the crappy energy out. Thank you Lady Agares.

It mentions using runes to empower chakras, such as the Heart Chakra, and the Solar Chakra. I can not always make the proper hour due to other responsiblities, and on certain days the proper hour just won't appear I had asked previously what the proper days for the Heart Chakra would be because the JoS only says Wednesday.

Do bear with me because I have not had time to read to get the answers I need and the memory needs serious work because of what has been done to me, meaning I have read almost all of it previously when I was in the better condition to actually read without getting the painful headache, or the heart feeling funny. I was pushing it just reading a couple of pages I did today and to get the answers I need I would have to read about 7-10 other pages I remember of.

So, lack of knowledge astrology aside, does the rune working correspond with the hours as well and would I match up the white gold light with the number of runes vibrations or not?

Hm. Well, you *can* work on all your chakras everyday.
The site says that the most powerful is ti work on the day and hour of the specific chakra; but of course if you can't do that, then work whenever. And you said that you needed to "open" your Solar chakra in order to work on it? ._.Isn't it... natural that your chakras must be open in order to work on them? ._.(I assume you have already opened them with the beginner meditations given on the site; and I assume you're closing your chakras because of your surroundings etc?)
Also, in regards to your Solar being dirty no matter what you did... Have you actually conversed with these jewhova people? If yes, have you cut the links with them afterwards? Also, it's a good idea to clean your house as well Banishing Ritual . I don't know exactly the circumstances under which you live -and where the jewhova witnesses are, that harass you- so I'm trying to eliminate every factor here.
