I want to know proper way for using the sowilo rune for empowering chalkras.
Lets say i wanna empower 5 chakra. Its ruled by mercury. When moon enters in gemini and mercury isnt retrograde i chose the number of the mercury for repetitions and vibrate sowilo on my 5th chakra. Than i state the affirmation like my 5th chakra is empowered in a positive way for me.
The same approach can be used for other chakras ?!.
Is this right way?
