Question Regarding My Meditation Routine

Everyday as much as possible I perform a Chakra Meditation and at least one monthly ritual

this are the Chakra Meditation Routine i've been doing for awhile

108 times of Aum, Laum, Vaum, Raum, Yaum, Haum, Thaum, Maum

then, 40 times of EO and EA

then, whatever ritual i feel i want to do so....

my question is about mantra "Aum"... i'm starting to think, its unnecessary to do 108 counts of Aum and instead, maybe 1 for Starting and 1 more for closing meditation is enough....

but then, i also think, maybe i better keep this way since i usually visualize white gold energy engulfing my body whenever i vibrate "Aum"
thought it would cleanse my negativities in my soul and "Prepares" my chakras for stimulation...so i did 108 counts...

what do you guys think? maybe there is a better option?

Hail Father Satan!!

Try suryae or Visarga. Also DAMN your routine is even more hardcore than mine! 0_0
I still can't count up to 108 mantras all day long. I basically just do whatever meditations feel right for however long I can without being interrupted.
Also my body and nerve are adjusting to suddenly doing yoga and tibetan breathing meditations alongside my meditations.
I'm making progress so much faster by doing all these in tandem and it's making it hard to focus on counting while my nerves adjust.
Anyway whatever feels right, go for it.
HAIL SATAN!

I don't have any constructive things to say. I just wanted to say, damn. That's a lot of 108's in a day.

Keep it. I wouldn't fuck with it. You have a good thing going. You start messing with it and your going to throw your energies everywhere. Your going to drop energies ect.
Also, if you do it like this you will get most power.
Raum solar 108
Thaum sixth 108
Vaum sacral 108
Haum throat 108
Laum base 108
Maum crown 108
Yaum heart 108
Aum aura 108

The chakras have partners. You start with the male and then go to the top female. The prince kissing the queen and awakening her. Basically it would start out with an altered version of King and Queen. Then it would go to two separate versions of King and Queen now connecting the other chakras. Doing the heart that connects them. Then doing the aura to amplify the energies and clean your aura.

For maximum power you start adding breathing exercises. Like alternate nostril between solar and sixth before you chant.
Breathe through left nostril while focusing on solarHold for six up at the sixthExhale through right nostril channeling energy down to solarInhale through right nostril focusing on solar and drawing the energy into the sixthHold at the sixth chakraExhale left nostril focusing energy from sixth falling into solar

Or lunar breath
Breathe in for two drawing energy from solar into sixthHold for four at sixthExhale for six into solarHold for four at solar
How ever many reps of that you must then do of second part of lunar breath
Breathe in for six from solar in sixthHold for six at sixth chakraExhale for four in solar
Or Breathe of fire
Or do the full chakra breathing exercise into the chakra before chanting
Or if your motivated which I can tell you are. Do all of it!!

oh okay, thanks for your advice, i'll try that sequence and see if there is any difference
might practice alternate nostril method too....i never tried it before but i know its highly recommended by our HPs

it may looks like hardcore routine but its actually took me around just hour to complete it
the intervals of counts while vibrating mantra is kinda fast paced...
slow enough to feel vibration and stimulation but fast enough to keep the pace
the usual interval of each counts for "aum" took me about 4 ~ 5 secs but this one is only around 2 ~ 3 secs
i want to finish off the routine as fast as possible but making sure i have raised energy properly
it may be too fast but in my case, i feel the energy build up through vibration and thats enough for me
i dont have much time to spare each day so i needed to do this

well, aside from what i've said, i believe the most hardcore mantra meditation to do is vibrating kabalistic square....
personally i hated it because one mistake could ruin entire process of working for whole month.....not to mention how long and many times u need to chant it....
its very powerful but too much effort for expecting result...definitely not for average below practitioner

About the squares:
Do you use the shortcut for the squares? It is faster, of course.
I have been wondering. Do the shortcut vibrations of the kabalistic squares emit the same power as the long vibrations?

Something in my mind is telling me that the long ones emit more power because I vibrate more words; more vibrations. It makes sense to me but I could be wrong.
I am testing.
