Often i see people asking how can they make their meditation routine or they ask others what their meditation routine is so they can get an idea.
This post will help people who are confused in such matters.
To begin with divide your meditation routine in 3 parts, by this I don't mean 3 sessions but 3 parts, to name them:
1. The basics - Which you are going to do everyday without fail.
2. Your personal workings - Something that you are trying to manifest/achieve.
3. On off meditations.
Important note- Make your workings around the basics not the other way around. The basics is what is going to fuel your working and advance you which you need to pull off your working.
The basic, which is to be done without fail everyday should ideally consist of-
Cleaning, protection, empowerment, yoga, some sort of main 7 chakra stimulation and some sort of mental training.
Cleaning, protection and yoga everyone knows what that is.
Chakra stimulation can be doing advanced chakra spinning while breathing in color corresponding or white gold into it with an affirmation afterwards or full chakra meditation with vibrations.
In above, chakra stimulation and yoga can be combined to save time if you are low on it, while in pose specific for that chakra mantra can be vibrated or you can breathe in energy into that particular chakra.
Mental training can be void for 5-10 minutes twice or once a day or visualization training or any aspect you feel you are lacking at. New awareness section is great for this.
If you lack time this can be done on a public transport or sitting idle outside or in a lunch break.
Basics are to be done everyday without fail for advancement. The methods for above can change but they need to be consistent, meaning that if you used mantras on your chakras today or did raum meditation for empowerment and you find out you don't have much time next day, the mantras can be switched with breathing in colored energy in chakras for stimulation and breathing in white gold energy into soul for empowerment.
It is best to do one or two personal working at once, more than that chances are you will be in a burn out state, where your mind is foggy and it becomes very hard to focus, which will water down your other things.
Note- If one is in dire need of something such as money or something, one working can be spammed many times starting on a good date and kept up until set goal is achieved then dropping the rest, 1 or 2 sessions of the same working can be kept going for 40 days or multiple of 40 for permanence.
Personal workings can be combined with empowerment/chakra work/yoga in a way that basics gives personal workings the boost.
For example, you do your cleaning, followed by your working, or You do chakra work then yoga then do the working, you get the idea. This will give more power to the working.
These are meditations you can do in on off cycles, meaning you can do them for a while repick them or switch them for something else, such as twin serpent, single serpent, king queen and so forth, deep cleaning one of them.
You do serpent meditation for a week, then you feel like you need to work on pair of chakras then you do king queen for a week then move on to next and so on.
This also includes working with invoking or evoking elements you work with one for a week move on to other for another element.
These are not must as basics but works on further advancement. By "not must" i do not mean they are to be neglected but its not strict rule that you have to keep them up everyday. If you lack time you skipped your twin serpent meditation today and you do it tomorrow which is fine.
On off meditations can be combined with any aspect of basics that is, You do cleaning which makes energy flow better then you do twin serpent, you get the idea on combinations.
