I have included Yoga Asanas and breathwork in my daily routine, at random times throughout the day, but HPS Lydia's most recent sermon about Kundalini Yoga made me really interested in the idea of a daily Kundalini Yoga routine where I incorporate all of these elements into one session.
I'm dropping my routine here as an example and encouragement for others, and it's certainly open to discussion. I'll use it for a while to get better at it, probably 40 days, then consider adding and removing.

Disclaimers and info:
I have months of experience with pranayama that I've gradually raised repetitions for. Breaths and times given, and even practices here, might be physically or spiritually too taxing for a beginner, or for someone who's been neglecting pranayama. This also applies to repetitions for things like the Sat Kriya. I can feel when I am raising too much energy, whereas a newcomer to KY might overwhelm their nervous system without noticing. If you are brand new to it, or basically brand new, I would advise to not go over 100 spinal flexions during your entire session. Sat Kriya can obviously be done for way less than 108 repetitions, and for any exercise that involves spinal flexion, 20-25 is fine for a beginner.
These practices are chosen for my personal goals under the guidance of my Guardian Daemon, and I highly recommend developing your own practice over time by studying as well as trying new things.
All names given are the same names on Pink Lotus for easy searching, unless they are ToZ practices.
I also have another daily practice of Hatha Yoga for the Chakra of the day, followed by Lunar breath to relax before bed. A program like this, if it was all I did, would not be a balanced Yoga routine.

Program:
1.
I open with a personal prayer, so I won't write this here. You can open your practice by asking your Guardian Daemon to watch over and guide you in improving, I've found this helps me a lot with new practices.

2. Fire Breath for 3-5 rounds of 25-30 breaths
I always find it beneficial to start with this, it warms the body and also primes you for raising energy during the process.

3. Kundalini Yoga for Elevation

Same times and steps as the site. During the final step of lotus pose, I mentally chant AUM SHIVAYAHA NAMAHA as a meditation on Zeus, I find it puts me in a mental state that makes the Kriyas aimed at spiritual openness more effective. This is designed as a warm up to prepare for the next practices, which are generally upper Chakra centric.

4. Kundalini Yoga for connecting with your source of infinite energy

The times given here are absurd, at least for my level. The mudras themselves are a very powerful combination, if you can feel energy you will notice this.
I am currently doing around 4-5 rounds of 8-10 repetitions of the abdomen pumps, mentally chanting Zev instead of Har, followed by a round of 10-12 reps without the mudras.
Fairly open Chakras would be beneficial to really feel what this Kriya is doing.

5. Ungali Pranayama

This pranayama has a lot of benefits and is extremely powerful, arguably the cornerstone of this routine besides the Sat Kriya.
I do around 5-8 rounds of this at the moment, 5 rounds is PLENTY if you want to try it. It's physically taxing to begin with, it requires good lungs.
It massively energizes the upper Chakras and the pineal, which is also helped by the practices we did previously to raise the energy up.

I'm preparing for the King and Queen meditation in a couple months, so this pranayama is very beneficial.

6. Kundalini Yoga for the lungs magnetic field and deep meditation
This is where the bulk of the Kriyas are. I do not do step 9, as the goal of this set of Kriyas is to prepare and open me for the meditations at the end of the routine.

7. Sat Kriya

I generally do around 50 spinal flexions for this, I plan to bring it up to 108 over time.

8. Yogic Breathing and Directing Energy
I direct the energy I raised for a few minutes while doing deep breaths, including this has helped me a lot with feeling energy in just a few days.

9. Alternate Nostril Breath

I do 5-10 rounds for balance.

10. I lay down for 15-20 minutes.

I affirm 8 times:

My energies and vitality are high, my body and soul are healthy.
My Kundalini Yoga practice grants me great benefits consistently and safely.
My motivation is high and my mood is great, all in a balanced and safe way.
My Chakras, Nadis and all my spiritual bodies are open and function optimally, in a safe and healthy way.

While I lay down, I focus on this and feel it.

The benefits so far have been amazing, we are truly blessed to have practices like this.
