Posts being deleted

HAIL FATHER SATAN! wtf is going on now?? i keep getting returned mail form someone called Thompson, i keep deleting it, i don't know the rest of the email. also sometimes now i get on the JoS site, my pc shuts down and restarts the program, anyone know what is going on??

if your computer keeps shuts down and restarts the site, you probly got an virus or something. debbie

Change your password everyday. Scan your computer for viruses. Here is a link to some free anti-virus software's that actually work.

Hint: If you have Microsoft Word make up a document just for passwords, they can be as long as 25 characters, close your eyes and start typing random keys- Talk about an ExCelLeNt PaSsWorD!!   For example: kH38DShgsgDIdf894ihn3r7jk     Be Creative.   Just write your password down and keep it handy, click sign out when you leave, don't simply close your browser although if you didn't check the box that keeps you signed in, then you should be logged out. Go to your "safety" tab on your browser and click delete browsing history, in fact just check all the boxes and click delete. Go to your tools tab next, and click internet options. Check the box "delete browsing history on exit".
