hey guys was wondering when i meditate on my palm chakras i am able to make a ball of energy, i was wondering can i make a thoughform with my palm chakra energy, give it a color, shape and form and program it?? thanks

Working with the palm chakras is the best way to make thoughtforms and physically direct/gather energy.
