Ancient Egypt Technique For Opening the Palm Chakras From Apollon

Keep in mind: 7 second interval, 1 second pause in between changing motions

Start with:

1. Left hand palm facing up and the right hand on top of the left hand palm, facing down

2. Breath in slowly for 7 seconds, at the same time rubbing the left hand, fingers included, with the right hand in a circular motion from right to left

3. Flip the left hand over , do the same circular motion while exhaling for 7 seconds

4. Do the same with for right hand but rotate the left hand in a circular motion from left to right

----

The above is very strong, those who practice intermediate and advanced Zevism should proceed only, this is done one time or until the chakras are opened. One to two times per day, for three days should suffice. Pay attention to the instructions, if done wrong can trap energy in your fingers, which is very painful and you must meditate on freeing the energy from hands.

This opening meditation was shared in VT before, and it's amazing to clearly feel each of your hand chakra points. Before doing it, I couldn’t understand where and how the wrist is activated, this helped a lot.

Be mindful of the instructions and don’t push yourself for no reason, as it can be very hurtful if you’re unable to properly handle the energy.
