Ancient Egypt Technique For Opening the Palm Chakras From Apollon

Keep in mind: 7 second interval, 1 second pause in between changing motions

Start with:

1. Left hand palm facing up and the right hand on top of the left hand palm, facing down

2. Breath in slowly for 7 seconds, at the same time rubbing the left hand, fingers included, with the right hand in a circular motion from right to left

3. Flip the left hand over , do the same circular motion while exhaling for 7 seconds

4. Do the same with for right hand but rotate the left hand in a circular motion from left to right

----

The above is very strong, those who practice intermediate and advanced Zevism should proceed only, this is done one time or until the chakras are opened. One to two times per day, for three days should suffice. Pay attention to the instructions, if done wrong can trap energy in your fingers, which is very painful and you must meditate on freeing the energy from hands.

I was so grateful to be present in the VT chat when this was first being shared with members by esteemed SG Alexandros Iowno! ⚡

Everyone should work their way up to performing this Opening exercise!

My experience with it has been intense, powerful and effective for all kinds of energy handling and magick I performed afterwards, including daily living activities and the ceasing of aches I would occasionally have. We don't realize how closed off one can be with a closed soul, I'd describe it as a kind of phase of untapped evolution for my soul to perform this and unlock these crucial chakras in such a deep way.

These ancient techniques must be respected and appreciated according to their sacredness, so definitely follow the advice about intermediate level practitioners!

After getting it clear in m head how to do it correctly, just doing it once was enough to feel the energies. As NG Ayleth said, this helped the wrists as well for me.

A warm buzz overcame my hands and then a smooth flow of energy flowing out of my hands and points on these, almost radiant like.

In step 3 does the left hand stay underneath the right hand, so that you are rubbing the top of the left hand?

I tried to go slower, to keep as much gentle contact as possible. Maybe it doesn't matter, but that's how I'm doing it (*handrubbing intensifies*).
