If we might use Black gangster (which one might refer to as "n***a" - I realise not all Blacks are n***as) culture/gangs - at least from GTA: SA (where they have used "the N word"), then "set" is their neighbourhood, their territory. The randomness of URLs when archiving sites on archive.is, and when uploading videos to various platforms, etc., cannot be chosen if we are not using e.g. tinyURL where you can choose part of the link. archive.is chose "JSets". If I were to use that, I would have chosen jSets, but oh, well...
