I found this article and something that caught my attention is if you scroll about halfway down the page, it mentions other facilities of 23 manned by 23 managers. There is superstition that 23 has some sort of occult meaning. There are a number of theories, though I wonder what others thought. It just seemed kinda strange or a coincidence that the number "23" would happen under these circumstances.
