Life is a War: Fitness as a concept of preparing for War

Life can be compared to a literal war.

We don't know what life has in store in our individual lives. We don't know who we're gonna meet, the situations we're gonna be in.

The majority of the population is totally vulnerable to the unexpected. But we SS have the gift of having been reminded of our consciousness.
We can prepare physically, mentally and spiritually.

You are all soldiers in your life that is a war, some more prepared for this war, some less.
But by raising your consciousness you're gonna be reminded to always be prepared.

Personally, I see fitness as a physical way to prepare for this war that is life.
I must be honest, fitness can be hard.

Running at 6 AM in the morning is not exactly everyone's cup of tea, but what does it teach you?
Discipline, perseverance, but the most undervalued and not discussed, pain tolerance.

Life is gonna be full of pain, if you learn to deal with that pain, you're gonna be ahead of everything and everyone.
And this is not just limited to running, but also calisthenics, weight training, and the like.

Being able to do 500 body weight squats in a row is not equal to lifting a lot of weight, it's much more painful as a process and requires much more discipline.
It conditions the body in a way that is hero like, You're never gonna have cardio problems at that point, but also your body will be much strong and athletic, ready to deal with all adversities of life.

I'm a big fan of endurance in sports, because it trains the mind like no other thing, it makes you hard to kill.

It embodies the warrior soul, which is what we SS strive to be.

Be prepared for this war, and don't fall victim to the adversities of it.

You can do it.

Running at 6 am is useless for every reason unless you want to be a cyclist or some sort of professional athlete that requires other level of cardio. Weightlifting is fine for aesthetic reasons but notice how animals do not exercise and some sleep up to 16 hours a day.
True permanent transformation comes from changing your genetic imprint with the practices. But you can lift some weights for some temporary muscle mass to raise your happiness levels.

I was yet to hear that people run at 6 am to become cyclists.

The things that you learn every day!

100%. Nothing trained my will like intense physical exercise, planks above all. You can tell yourself you're tough all you want, but when you're in that pain where you feel like you can't push anymore and it's extremely intense, that's where the truth is revealed and I love this. It's very underrated how physical exercise strengthens the spirit and therefore increases self confidence.

I train 3 times a week. Typically weight lifting and cardio. I am slowly trying to do more, but my other obligations are impediments. However, it is extremely rewarding as is.

One thing I want to ask is if you could clarify your position on "life as a war".

I did not immediately agree with that statement, for I interpreted it as the assumption that life itself is at odds with you, but I don't think that is the case. Rather, we are at war with ourselves reacting to life. Especially seeing as life, as in our lives, can be both decaying or generative. So, to me, life is war in as much as we are war with ourselves, which is generally the case as we reach towards the Godhead with all the forces of nature that attempt to keep us down.

Is this what you meant?

I'm curious to see your thoughts, brother.

Not true, Aquarius have a good point here. Anything teach you discipline is necessarily good. Although I don't really like running myself, but I see how it is extremely useful in building tolerance and endurance.

If I were to start running now 1km only, I'd spit my guts out. But regardless of this hardship, If I were to do this every day, I would be able to run 2km a week later which is already the double of what I could take previously. Advancing in such ways is important.

I have to say though, that running could be very dangerous. It does commonly happen that runners who have been running for their whole life, just die in a heart attack or something.
So it is best to not to take this too far.

Athleticism is extremely good for the body just look at its origin.

Oy vey goy, sleep 16 hours a day, as animals do, thats definitely the best thing you can do! Goy means animal after all isn't it hahah.

Yes, sit around like a potato and "transform".

Let us know when you're done!

It's not useless at all, it builds a tremendous amount of discipline. Is it absoultely necessary? No. But to say it's useless is wrong.

This guy Ethan is not one to take very seriously.

Fitness is remarkably rewarding, both psychologically and physically, elevating both my body and willpower. A day without exercise leaves me feeling less alive; achieving a sense of excellence is an integral part of my daily routine. Furthermore, it significantly cultivates discipline and strength. Certainly, incorporating regular exercise should be considered by everyone who is able to do this due to its numerous benefits and it should not be something to leave aside as laziness is counterproductive.

It would be unusual for someone who considers themselves a SS not to engage in this regularly, as it aligns with the principles of the way of the warrior.

You are soooo sure about that. Maybe you should make more posts about feet. Thats what should be taken seriously.
I got good memory.
I guess one cant get give their opinion without being insulted here.
There is a reason you still call guys pencil necks online and run at 6 am. Because you need to make up for something you dont trully have. So you dismiss anyone coming into this forum sharing experiences as nutjobs. But this falls inline with your pointless posts over the years.

Perhaps if your replies were more respectful and coherent, then you would be treated as someone worthy to have a discussion with.
But the way you pose yourself is that of a troll, so until then, you will be treated as such.

Feet lover boi disrespects me first then accuses me of being disrespectful. You are actually going to pull some crazy mental gymnastics in your reply. Because Im absolutely sure I never disrespected anyone. Maybe you are talking about my 2019 account where I successfully predicted most of the joyofsatan leadership at the time would leave. Or my "racist" views.

I don't understand what your problems are with running in the morning or with feet.

If instead of putting your time and courage into complaining about Aquarius unnecessarily, you would actually go for a run, you would be at a better physical level by now.

Also consider starting to pay respect to a member who actively works for JoS, and who on top of that contributes posts that are actually helpful.

Same for me. Even just a quick workout when short on time makes me feel more alive and makes the rest of the day better.

Do you have any tips for improving in running? I need to be able to do 2 km in less than 10 min.

For the time being, I have managed to create a route close to home with which I do the 2 km. Since I haven't run for years, since I used to play sports a long time ago, and it wasn't my favourite thing anyway. I can do 300-400 m in a row.

For the moment I run 300 m, then I walk, run another 300 m, walk and run another 300 m. I have noticed that the third time is easier.

For the moment I have done about 7 runs, every day except Saturday, Sunday and rainy days. I also wanted to ask for advice on how to deal with the wind, and in summer the unbearable heat.

Odd... the other text didn't appear. I agree with all your responses here.

In that last part I think he's referring to some studies that show how DNA activity can adjust slightly so that our bodies adapt to the changes that come from exercise (such as muscular, nervous and skeletal development). It doesn't change the entire DNA blueprint though and thus is based in epigenetics and not actual genetics.

Great comment BTW!

"Animals don't exercise...and?" A person of few words. I like it!

These comparisons are pointless indeed as different animals have a completely different physiology and thus needs to us humans. Our closest relatives (primates) on the other hand are very active in the wild. All animals exert a lot more energy to survive than we humans do in general. Even cats, we just domesticated them too much and made them behave more like us based in being bred into that environment. Farm cats for example are vastly different to house cats living in a city. They still are more active than most humans IMO.

Are you retarded too or did you miss the part where it was aquarius who atacked me first.
My physical condition is fine.

Fitness and exercise is key to a healthy body, soul, mind all round. Like HPS Maxine said in one of her sermons. Someone that does physical exercise will make allot of progress much faster. Martial arts is a great way to get fit as well, as this teaches many things beyond the physical especially if you get into the internal side of it like Qi Gong.

I know Qi Gong and yoga differ but I have utilized Qi Gong breathing techniques and mudra's to increase my health, lower my blood pressure, increase my focus and energy sensitivity and life-force overall.

I started to 40 day meditation program set out by HP Hooded Cobra and my mind is clearer, days going better, more confident and less negative thoughts and this is only the beginning.

I'm not an expert at running, when I run I usually just push myself if I want more and never ever stop until I'm done. As for the weather, when it's raining it's great because it makes me fresher, when it's hot I just run in shorts(also keep in mind I run in sandals, not "normal" shoes.

When running, try and relax as if in meditation, free your mind, breath with your nose.

I've read that if you want to run faster, ideally you build the steady base of being able to run slow for some km, then you can start adding speed to that. If you're in a rush I don't really know what to suggest, as I run instinctively and don't really care about goals in it.

Unfortunately for you, what experience and wisdom teach is that working out in the morning is proper as is waking up earlier. What's useless instead is waking up past 9am and going to bed after 10pm, unless you are forced into night job.

Animals and humans are at different levels of evolution. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Please stop trolling.

The type of interval training that you're doing... have you tried slowly increasing the pace? You can set time goals for each segment of your training session, and adjust them accordingly as it gets easier.

Yes also, I am still experimenting with various things, for now I want to make it a habit, then I will start working on speed and endurance.

Your first reply is literal gibberish. How do you even equate running in the morning with cycling, or even say that only professional athletes need it?

What you consider 'fine' is most likely fine by subhuman standars. Having reached some semblance of human fitness which is considered being elite level by most people it seems to me that current standards are quite low. That means of current global population over 9/10 of people are unfit. Your quite obvious lack of knowledge of fitness portrays an ignorant image of you. Don't embarrass yourself any more than you have already done.

No. What I consider fine is what attained by drastically increasing my biolectricity with activation of certain forces in my body which I already discussed before, happened in around 2016 and I have slowly grown over the years to adapt to. This added density do my muscle mass.
But I dont expect aquarius and his online feet licking goons to understand. Since my understanding and matured experience tells me when individuals like you who dismiss my posts as nutjob ramblings are actually inexperienced and exposed for lacking the necessary clarity and experience to identify valuable genuine posts that reflect real life attainments not rocky balboa type nonsense of jogging when the sun is yet to rise. Keep running at 6 am bro tell me what that translates to practical results and impact in your life. By the way this doesnt even mean I actually believe none of get up at 6 for morning runs Im not that stupid. Instead read a dictionary and take the opportunity to explain to feet lover what gibberish means.

Yet, these forces do not make you physically fitter in a wholesome manner. Yes, opening your soul can give a direct partial boost to certain parts of fitness, but not wholly. They do, however, make physical gains easier to gain, and maintain, increasing overall health, well-being, and longevity. In other words, you are not talking about the same subject as I am talking about. What you talk about is given about those people who have done their due diligence during the beginner phase by opening their souls. Chakra opening and consequent spiritual cultivation do not equate to years of physical training.

Physical exercise, when being done in a challenging manner increases attributes related to health, well-being, and capacity to excel in physical manner. There is also the mental component to training: Hardening one's mind through rigorous exercise. This is also building discipline, as already mentioned. Being able to outperform other people in school, work, or otherwise during free time is a very practical and impactful result. You can not reasonably argue against this. Doing so would only make you look worse in this situation, so I do not recommend dwelling more on that path as you have already done.

Other than that, do try better to keep your emotions in check. When someone says something you do not like you can still function like a sensible human being instead of going to emotional tandems about this and that.

My mother used to get up at 5am to run, she did this consistently for many years. It's a great stress reliever and increases mental ability for the rest of the day. It's also very peaceful to run early in the morning before most people are even awake.

I experienced two things in today's training.

Starting to train outdoors, in public places like parks for example, attracts attention, in my case from girls.
It's as if the initial embarrassment of training in public turns into a kind of admiration.

They practically looked at me and greeted me out of nowhere without even knowing me, between a set of repetitions and a discussion of economics during the break.

What do you think? I also have a personal belief that if I show my martial traits, I get more attention from women due to unconscious factors, I wanted to know if this is true.

There are scientific facts of the genetic improvements physical activity does. You can do your researches and you can try through experience.

And you can't compare humans to common animals because there are biological differences.

However, Aquarius should reply to your arguments with other arguments. But you can't insult or mocking him because it isn't constructive.

Of course it's true. Most men these days sit around playing video games and smoking weed. When a man works out, it shows he has self-respect and discipline. Martial activities show strength.

An easy and free way to level up in life, is to workout.

Many men after the age of 40 have a horrible physique with atrophied muscle mass and huge bellies.
Then they look at you freak if you tell them that you prefer to go to the gym before lunch instead of going to a bar or on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon you prefer to go for a walk in the countryside instead of sitting for hours on the terrace of a bar drinking beer and eating junk food.

What involves improving one's physical presence expresses one's level of self respect.
The body is a sanctuary, one must take proper care of one's presence.
Beauty is a natural law; always accompanies pleasure.

Furthermore, I have experienced physical exercise as having an interesting role in spiritual development;
it significantly increases one's vril.

Sometimes we have those days where you are extra tired and need an energy drin, just to kind of push you off your butt. And I know that that is a habit with some people? I don't know how you guys feel about energy drinks? And why a lot of athletes drink that shit? Yes I do drink one once in a while while I'm at work. Especially when you feel that a cup of coffee isn't enough? Especially just to get yourself out the door just to go for a walk or hit the gym. And I know that a lot of health food stores are supplied endlessly with energy drinks, vitamin stores and drug stores, all over sponsor it, and some of these health and fitness clubs. I have to admit some of those are not bad? But then when people look at the back of the can and see the content that's in it? It makes you wonder if it's worth spending money on to help you get the energy that you're looking for or to help you lose weight? Or for whatever other purpose? I know that there are a lot of older people out there that need that extra vitamin boost? Such as somebody my age. And I'm going to the change of life as it is. And I just do whatever I can to stay fit. Lucky to have a day job. And to squeeze in a yoga session if I can especially while I'm at work on my break. Along with my meditations and my breathing exercises. Sometimes I feel like I have to go the mile and the distance just to get energy going and to keep it up. And I admit sometimes I will get an energy drink or two, to help me throughout the day. And I know that a lot of those are not good for people to drink.

Very true HPS Lydia, I fully agree. Discipline in one area helps in another. Running is especially good for the heart and blood and oxygen flow to all the organs. You can focus better if you exercise too which is good for everything you do. I have started walking twice a day again about a week and a half ago as my partner had an injury and I have to go visit him every day. I did an hour and a half of channeling energy from the sun with assistance from my guardian to the area of injury and the swelling was considerably down when I got to him. It's everyone's free choice if they want to be healthy or not. At least Aquarius's post was helpfull and constructive. The enemy will do everything they can to cast dissention but Father Satan has won the battle for the earth. Even if all the JOS leadership leaves which I know won't happen as Ethan said, The Truth and the Left Hand Path will be victorious in the end. The enemy does enough to terrorize us around every turn. Let's not do it to each other. 'It is My desire that my followers unite in a bond of unity lest those who are without prevail against them' - Satan Lucifer.

That's very much tied to their drinking habits. That combined with their attitude to fitness results in their bodies looking like shit. It's all about lack of virility. If they had enough masculine energies and they knew how to manage them efficiently, they wouldn't be in such a subhuman state.

"But muh beer and wine drinking contests, bruh"
