How long does the entire Ritual take, and do I have to say the whole thing?

I just found a 34 page pdf on JoS that has like approx 25-30 Rituals on it. It took me like 30 minutes to do the reversal of Lev 22:16!! I reasoned that it would take
5-6 hrs for me to do the whole thing. Do I have to do each and every part for it to be effective? Which parts should a beginner do?

Yeah just do the Ritual. Build up your aura of protection first.

As far as time goes, for me if I do 9 reps the first part takes 16 minutes and about 25 for the whole thing.
