How does posting work?

I tried submitting a question and I guess this is a test now... does it have to be approved first? I can't seem to find my first post..

The Yahoo Groups screw up a lot and posts disappear on occasion. If your post did not violate any of the rules on the front page of the group, your post may have disappeared. If a post does not appear a few days after you submit it, resend it.
