If someone I know was diagnosed with a heart murmur does anyone know a way to heal this naturally?

i had them too for few months especially in afternoon and just after waking up.
These can be cause by a lot of reasons
for me it were due to - excess stress and a diet lacking fruits , veggies and natural oils
i was in college hostel where they made all foods in refined soyabean oils.
i changed diet(and hostel-now i live in a rented flat) and regular pranayama practise cured it.
but if its due to any pathological condition
you should order - 1. ashwagandha capsules
and 2. arjuna capsules
on amazon
