Esoteric ruler?

Greetings,

So on the Toz using the runes section it says that Sun is the esoteric ruler of the heart chakra.
But heart chakras' ruler is Venus
So what does it mean?
And how can I get deeper knowledge about this topic?

There are "co-rulers" for many chakras. But for all intents and purposes, stick to the main Rulers of the Chakras, as they are correct. To get deeper knowledge about this topic, one must meditate more, do more research, and ask the Gods for guidance on these matters.
