hand energy

why is it that when i try energizing a chakra with hand energy it feels like im sucking the enery out? do you have to place your whole hand or just your palm on the chakra? because im have troulbe feeling the chakra

I think perhaps it may be a question of which way the involved chakras are facing at the time your doing this.For example I notice that when one is trying to connect (through your chakras) with energy than it's favorable to temporarily have your chakras facing with the point outwards.So I'm guessing maybe you should turn the chakra you want to have absorb the energy with the point facing outwards.And you should turn back when you're done.

Chakras are interesting. On the sense of tactile reality to a 'way a chakra can point', im not sure a chakra has a defined point. Its interesting however, as imagining this point, and moving it; DOES have some effect.

The best i have noticed, is with the third eye.

Imagine your third eye, looking out of your forhead. Now turn your eye to be pointing to the back of your head, so it is looking right into the dead centre of your brain (pineal gland) and hold it there for about 5 - 9 seconds. Closing eyes is good, when i do it i almost get a second vision of a light eminating from the centre of my head.

I find the biggest thing with energy is tactile motion. Your energy body responds to it. So movement, and feeling that movement.
Make sure when you 'energize' you move energy into the area, imagining it glowing brighter. - so make sure you get the movement right.

Im sure some of this has been posted in some form here before, so ill stop rambling.

Chakras have very specific locations and run directly down the center of the human body, head, throat, base of spine, and groin....thats the majjor 4 to focus on...take some Kundalini Yoga...it'll help alot...
