Using Yellow energy (for intellect) "in a positive and healthy manner for me, my intelligence and memory are vastly improving". Hour of Sun or Mercury for best results. (Sun rules the self, Mercury rules intellect.) Who wouldn't want to be smarter, with a better memory? I've never actually tried this one before, it just popped into my head.
