Even from a purely materialistic view, Satan offers us the possibility to explore the hole universe, including all riches, become immortal Gods. The highest enemies Jews would give everything they have, billions, trillions, including their families, everything to become immortal. As no amount off wealth will save one from dying loosing everything, with no guarantee in the next live one will accumulate this again. They may try to preserve them via some machines, but as HPHC explained this is just a code resemble them and not their soul.

To answer the question how much the JOS is worth, as much as the possibilitys it provides.
It can not be measured in a currency, it's like asking to sell the hole universe.
