The following description on the main webpage only describes Fixed Stars. The second section, with "House Cusps", do we interpret them in the same way? Or are they less relevant?:

Sorry, could be Mercury retrograde but I don't quite understand what exactly you are asking. Interpret house cusps in the same way as fixed stars, meaning the cusps conjunct the fixed star? Then yes, only 1-2 degree orb.

I should've quoted a shorter portion of the initial excerpt, but yeah, I couldn't tell if House Cusps were of equal importance or not to the Fixed Stars.

I'm not sure if it was about Fixed Stars or Astrological Degrees, but elsewhere you said to use a range within 1-1.5 degrees orb. So, is 2 degrees less likely to be relevant/influential?

I have these two pain in the ass Fixed Stars that are Conjunct 0 degrees - ANTARES and GIEDI. Is there a way to mitigate their unpredictability/chaos?

ANTARES: Watcher of the West, 9° in Sagittarius

Do I just have to find the Planets/House Cusps where these fixed stars are conjunct, and empower those specifically? Or will this not get rid of the choatic energies of these stars directly enough?

Or do I just have to have a very good AoP, and keep doing Freeing Workings etc.?

Nevermind, I think I figured it out.

Do I just have to find the Planets/House Cusps where these fixed stars are conjunct, and empower those specifically? Or will this not get rid of the choatic energies of these stars directly enough?

Or do I just have to have a very good AoP, and keep doing Freeing Workings etc.?

HPS Maxine told me within 1.5 degrees, so 2 degrees is going to be faint influence, if any at all.

Empowering the planet or house cusp is not going to remove the fixed star influence. Instead, you can do a freeing the soul working on the actual problem, and keep up cleaning/AoP, as you wrote. Also just be aware of how these can influence your life, and act accordingly. Many problems people experience can be managed just by thinking and exerting better self-control. Trying to make wise decisions based on what we know, and are willing to learn, goes a long way

I have a few more question's:

- Let's say, if a star is only 2 degrees, but shows up several times as significant aspects, and/or, in the form of both oppositions and conjunctions throughout the chart... Does this mean it will have more than just a faint influence or no? Assuming each one is at 2 degrees, but shows up 2-3x.

- How can we find out if it is 1.5 degrees? the website program only seems to show integers of 1, 2 or 3

Also just be aware of how these can influence your life, and act accordingly. Many problems people experience can be managed just by thinking and exerting better self-control. Trying to make wise decisions based on what we know, and are willing to learn, goes a long way

I do my best in this regard, but the two stars I mentioned in particular seem to be completely outside of my control (if we ignore magickal workings). They manifest in the form of randomness, of say, getting struck by lightning, to which I cannot employ my usual strategic/predictive abilities against them. For example, being falsely accused/arrested for a seriously heinous crime I did not commit, my house being burgled, several car accidents where I am the passenger... just overall being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

And I'm worried what kinda Russian roulette bullshit is gonna happen next.

If the same star is being aspected at 2 degrees by multiple planets/cusps, then yes, it is likely to have influence.

I manually double-check the degree and calculate the orb. A website is great to narrow down what to check, and then manually check from there.

I have a relative who has Giedi, it is problematic for sure. Do cleaning and AoP, and as you advance, you will be taking more control of your fate, and not left to randomness.

I should've clarified. No, just look at the chart and find the degrees of planets and house cusps, and compare it to the list of fixed stars on Azazel's Astrology.

What if it's a co-ruler of the chart?

HPS Maxine said on the synastry page, if a person's Saturn is potentially aspecting your chart ruler(s) it is a good idea to widen the orb, "just in case".

So can the same be said of co-rulers and fixed stars/house cusps/important aspects?

For example, say Jupiter is opposing said co-ruler, can we assume the co-ruler planet's "aura" or *area of influence* has also thus been "expanded"? Meaning its "reach" on nearby fixed stars is wider? Like a larger magnetic field.
