I feel like I've fallen out of favor with the gods and it's hard to meditate even when I clear my mind. I see the face of an ex whom I loved and I feel her astral touch. THANKS FOR READING GODS BLESS YOU

In my personal experience when you feel the face of a person you know/knew this way, like if he/she is there, this means he/she is blocking you and you probably might want to detach the person from your aura and chakras.
I can't post links but in the JoS meditation page there's a meditation named Freeing your Soul thet might be helpful, also programming your aura to repel him/her.
