This is nothing to advanced but its something I wanted to share with the group, that might help those that are struggling. We just got out of the hospital today, after a week of being in there, and I bought my dear wife some new clothes, and we went on a date to dinner and a movie. It felt so good to enjoy life with her again. And although that is certainly something to be excited about,I just couldn't wait to share this meditation tip with the group that my GD guided me too. There have been many posts as of late, about the correct way to clean and spin our chakras.Well we know that there is no real correct way, because we are all different and have developed our own techniques.

I have always been confused on how to breath, and counting breaths and such, and have experimented with many things over the years.Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees so to speak, and my GD has a lot of fun with me at times. lol But I have come up with one that I am going to start using more often.First we all know that in some way we all need to breath during Yoga and Meditations.Or we wouldn't last very long on this earth. lol But it is all about utilizing everything we do in meditation to our best benefit.

When I am away from the house it always messes up my program,so as soon as my wife went to sleep,I couldn't wait to get back to my program. While I was in the hospital,I still did my Venus Square every night, along with my meditations. But I didn't do much of the asanas and the 5 Ts,and 10 Ts as I call them.So when I got my wife off to sleep ,I wanted to get back to my full program again.

So here is what I was shown. Its all about utilizing every action we do to our advantage in meditation. So what I was shown was,as you inhale see the energy drawing into your chakra, and as you exhale see them shine and spin, and admit energy.I told you it was simple, but sometimes simple is more affective to at times.Hope this might help someone out there, because that is what we are here for,to help guide each and every one of us in the things that will help us advance.I know its not much, but its my little tip for the day. lol

Wow, thanks Brian. That really is simple...lol...and "simple helps a lot...lol

i was actually thought the same thing! i have been using it every time a spin my chakras and i defiantly feel more energy with this than only visualizing them spinning and that's it. i normally, on the exhale, picture a white sphere around the chakra that grows and eventually reaches the next, and previous chakras. an example is if i'm spinning my sacral chakra the white sphere grows and basically consumes the base chakra and solar chakra. but i can still see the chakras because they shine very bright in their respective colors.

I agree it is simple, but it has always confused me.Raven told me weeks ago that that was shown to her by Haagenti too,who for a long time now,she has shared Haagenti with me also.Haagenti loves us both equally.

I want to add something -- clean and spin your front and back chakra extensions as well!!! The back extensions are responsible for bringing in raw bioelectricity, and the front extensions are for control of the main (middle) chakra functions (I got this info from HP Vovim Baghie's website but can't link to it as I'm in a rush, google it yourself and learn more). You need these well empowered for when you work on the Magnum Opus and Philosopher's Stone. I have been cleaning and spinning mine since I was new.

Hail Satan!

So what I was shown was,as you inhale see the energy drawing into your chakra, and as you exhale see them shine and spin, and admit energy.I told you it was simple, but sometimes simple is more affective to at times.Hope this might help someone out there, because that is what we are here for,to help guide each and every one of us in the things that will help us advance.I know its not much, but its my little tip for the day. lol

That is excellent advice Brian. I personally will use the 2 in hold 4 out six hold four breath when doing most meditations.

Also with chakra breathing and empowering chakras I've found that seeing them as open flowers (lotus flowers) on the hold really works wonders to keep the energy flow strong. It can get quite hot too.

As we advance we can add more things in to the basics like breathing in through the chakra extensions and seeing the extenstions strong/bright/vibrant/growing/strengthening and opening like flowers as well. These things come in time and it has taken me some time to get there but the benefits are enormous.

Hail Satan!
