sitting with my legs crossed is very troublesome to me, it start formigating, doesn´t matter how much I strech. I often sit upon 2 pillows so there is more space to cross my legs. I think I have too long legs. I am 6´´2´ tall and long legs. I could concentrate for a lot longer if there wasn´t this discomnfort that often comes in my legs, I need to change position and move it often.
Once I cheated on the position by sitting upon my bed, pressuring my back against the wall, it was so good, I stood there for a long time, the meditation was effective, but I felt back pain the next day due to doing breeding movement with my back pressured against the wall. If only I could have that comnfort in a healthy position
does anyone experience any kind of similar trouble?
