does anyone else has a problem with the meditation position?

sitting with my legs crossed is very troublesome to me, it start formigating, doesn´t matter how much I strech. I often sit upon 2 pillows so there is more space to cross my legs. I think I have too long legs. I am 6´´2´ tall and long legs. I could concentrate for a lot longer if there wasn´t this discomnfort that often comes in my legs, I need to change position and move it often.
Once I cheated on the position by sitting upon my bed, pressuring my back against the wall, it was so good, I stood there for a long time, the meditation was effective, but I felt back pain the next day due to doing breeding movement with my back pressured against the wall. If only I could have that comnfort in a healthy position

does anyone experience any kind of similar trouble?

I experience this sometimes as well. I am tall myself, 5'10 but I can cross my legs though. Sometimes when meditating on my lower chakras, my back gets uncomfortable but I adjust this.
The thing about this is you should adjust so that you can be comfortable. Yoga exercises that call for crossing the legs can be altered a different way, like when doing Kundalini spinal series you can just sit up right on a chair instead. The most important thing is as long as you feel the meditation and are comfortable. Dont feel restricted. Hail our Creator God Satan.

yeah I'm 6 feet tall and have long ass legs too. Always cramps up when I try to sit cross legged unless my feet are just touching together

I oftentimes meditate lying down because I can breathe better (unless it is required to be sitting, like for yogic breath). Is that not ok?Hail Satan!

Do you mean doing power meditation, or yoga? Because if you mean power meditation, you can do it however it feels comfortable to you.

I personally lie down every time. It's works out very well for me, and it was personally recommended by High Priestess Pythia. It allows for complete prana flow. I'm just guessing you are talking about power meditation though. That sitting position isn't necessary, and was invented by the enemy to make it less effective, one does not build prana as well and can cause physical problems eventually. Think about it like this. Would Father Satan demand a position that is outright taxing without any reward, or eventual working like in the bow position for hatha yoga for example? Yes, the bow is difficult, but it pays off as one builds up prana naturally, and the position eventually has profoundly *positive* effects.

Think about it.

<ol>Seiza Position.JPG</ol>There is something to be said about the energy traveling throughout your body and blocking that energy.  When someone is in good physical condition everything flows better.  Personally, I fantasize about supergluing peoples legs together that sit with their legs folded inside themselves.  So dam annoying.  I have a hard foam buoy, like you throw out the side of a small boat to keep from scrapping it against the dock.  I put that between my legs and butt and sit on that.  Its like in the photo.  I'm having a hard time too.

I was also having problems with cross legged position. I tried lying down as discipleofthegods13 mentioned and it's great. When i was sitting i always had back pain.. For any meditations where you need to sit with back straight, i sit in a butterfly position with cushion underneath my buttocks so my back is straight and pillows underneath my knees so I can be completely relaxed. Lying down is in my opinion the best.
