Cultures and Classes

So I am trying to figure out what are the differences between such things as high culture, low culture, popular culture, high society, low class, and other such terminology that constitutes parts of society. Did the jews create these differing classes first and then come in behind them and create the divisions class warfare between these differences? Do Satanists need to concern themselves as to what level or aspect of society that they should belong to or be a part of in todays current world since true aristocracy of Gentiles is non existent because the jews currently have all of the wealth and ownership over nearly all aspects? Gentiles already belong to differing levels of ownership and from what I perceive the majority of Gentiles who still have moderate wealth are baby boomers and the elderly.
