American social system advice needed before doing a destruction ritu

I want to do a destruction ritual on my mother. Fuck knows she deserves it from all the shit in the past. The thing is though I live in england and she lives in america. She has my half sibling. I've recently found out that she's the same selfish useless mother and hasn't changed one bit. She's weak and I have no doubt that the ritual will work with full effect.
My one concern though is my sibling. I don't know how the social services work over there. Who would they go to and so one once my so called mother is out of the picture. There is family in the same state, and some random god parent. If anything is to happen I've been told I'm second choice for guardian, but again its a different country I've no clue if it would actually happen.

Does anyone know how the system works over in america, especially in california? I need to know before I go ahead.

I'm assuming you are of legal age to be a guardian. Would you be able to take care of your sibling? Financially, and be able to devote the time required (especially if s/he is quite young)? Not sure how old s/he is. And you would have to have the money to pay for him/her to move to you. If so, then you could take him/her in, there shouldn't be a problem, but you might have to visit California to speak with a judge/lawyers. This could be quite costly, if this is what you want.

If you can't, then I believe you would at least be able to have a say as to which relative in America would get your sibling. California is one of the best states for this sort of thing, but I hope your sibling does not end up in foster care (if you can't take him/her in, and if your relatives don't want to).

Well doing a destruction ritual on your mom by the way you put it would do fine. Long as you have a photo of her and your intentions are vented into her very being then it'll work. :3
Also runes are good to get her. Look on the JoS site in the futhark alphabet and program it to her aura it helps a lot. And the system meaning what? Like when your mom dies who does you sister go to?

A lot foster parents Do so for the money and use it for others selfish reasons. HOWEVER there are truthful and treat the kids with respect. Thanks to all who replied. My older sister and I are making a plan to encourage them to move back to england. Then from there we know the bitch will soon do something wrong and we will have her deported back to her shit hole birth place, and social services here know what's she's like. Also from my past experience they are very good at their jobs in my area at least. Then our younger sister will most likely be under one of our care.
