Sharing only my experience and how I would:
If the Demon desires a frequent ritual I believe that the Altar should have the same objects as the traditional altar we have for Father Satan.
Someone more advanced here can tell you how to consecrate the tools in this case.
If there will be no ritual and it is only to give reverence then, a neat and tidy place that should be cleaned all week, the tablecloth of the favorite color of the Demonio, its sigil in frame, candle holder and for the incense .
This is the basics, others you can choose by following your intuition.
